Everything was horrible

I did not like the staff member Linday from the minute we checked in she was micromanaging everything my family and I were doing, she was completely useless and not helpful with anything. Completely terrible experience. Will never book a stay here again.

They could do something about noisy guests. Other than that perfect.

The hot water wouldn't work so we checked out. We are still waiting on a refund for the last two nights.

Water was cool not hot, toilet had no running water going into it and fan on the air conditioner rattled all night

I booked late and as soon as I walked in (VERY TIRED) the lady told me she would be right back and disappeared. I was tired and wanted to check in. They make you sign a waiver saying they will charge you for stains on sheet etc…… also had to pull may card out after I booked on line. And something bit me!!!!

The room was nice & clean staff was very helpful & very kind. The facilitie was clean on the outside & very quite the pool was very relaxing. I've stayed twice & both times was beautiful.

They charged me extra for my 16 y/o child. Maids never came the week and half we were there. Breakfast was bread and cereal.

The shower had mold/mildew and on 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, there were issues with the water and we had to wait 4 hours one night and 1 hour the next to be able to shower. The night clerk was very apologetic but when we asked for the manager to call us to discuss the issue as they were off site, they never called us back. Would not recommend this hotel.

pleasantly surprised at the comfort, quietness. Rooms were modern, clean, and amenities were on point, Continental breakfast was good, great staff. Coffee brand too strong. but thank you for the in room coffee .

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Free parking was a big plus, making the stay easy and convenient.

I had a room with a big bug in the bathtub. They changed my room and upgraded me. The next room was very clean and nice. Smoothie place across the street
