The cleanliness of the room. Easy check-in. Friendliness of check in host The baseboard under the window was black mildew. Bathroom wall side of toilet had a plate covering a hole and the patch was unfinished. Party next door in restaurant was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep

And they send a text on check out day for contact less check out Pool is open weather permitting

Like the check in process but air-conditioning was set that it barely cooled and it's hot in Florida. And the Continental breakfast was almost non existent. I know saving money now is key but could have had some juice .

Make sure to check the ac and see if it cools down. Avoid renting smoking rooms. Most of them are poorly maintained

Photos online did not match at all . Days inn by Wyndham are normally pleasant this was a run down hotel infested with sketchy people . Front desk employees have a extra $5 charge for it being in tourist location bathroom we’re disgusting couch was also disgusting and stained floor was dirty

Very, very basic. No chest of drawers. no sofa just one armchair, no closet. Miserable breakfast.

The police visited this establishment multiple times during our one night stay responding to criminal activity. A little scary. The breakfast food (peanut butter, jelly, bread, and cereal ) was what was offered for in the morning for breakfast. Terrible. Shower was cold as the hot water wasn’t working. AC was noisy. Parking lot had huge potholes.

My husband and I stayed in July 2026. We checked-in earlier in the day but did not go to our room until we returned from a commitment we had late that evening and immediately realized how filthy the room was, fluid stains on the pillow cases and sheets, as well as what looked like pubic hair around the toilet seat. Walking to our room smelled like Woodstock with people smoking weed and hanging out everywhere. We were so tired that we decided to tough it out and use extra sheets we brought from home until we could address this the next morning. However, the worst was when I went to the front desk the next morning to complain, I immediately heard loud yelling as soon as I walked thru the door, when I peaked around the corner I saw the front desk agent repeatedly yelling at a couple that seemed to be requesting a late checkout. The agent who identified herself by the name of Linday was so incredibly rude and repeatedly encouraged the couple to contact corporate and complain because "she didn't care" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I walked right back to our room because after hearing how horribly she treated these guests, I didnt dare bring my complaints to her. Because of that interaction that I witnessed, I will never stay at that "motel" again and would highly suggest that if the CEO of Days Inn truly cares about his customers and brand, that he teaches this person Linday, the meaning of Hospitality, which is the very industry she is supposed to be working in!
