River Valley Inn & Suites (Extended Stay)

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All I really need is a clean bed and fresh towels, and that’s exactly what I got. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was close enough to visit my girlfriend. The fact that they have LOT of roaches….. and it made me feel uneasy

No breakfast

Price It didn’t have an ice machine and it was hot and muggy and humid when you first walked into the motel.

Laundry room is in every building making it convenient and easy accessible. There is staff on the clock to help you 24/7.

The building pink The lady at the desk was very disrespectful with us I’m sorry your miserable and hate your job but I didn’t deserve to be treated the way she treated us we where js traveling visiting family so we js needed a place to shower and sleep for a night we got their abt 9:00 pm nothing said anything abt a deposit we paid for the room online then had to pay another $105 js to stay and she wouldn’t let me get a refund for the room the room was filthy and had bugs bugs crawling in the hallway it was filthy and even tho we didn’t even unmake the bed bcs it was so filthy js to sleep they decided to say sum was wrong with the room and can’t give me my deposit back!

The location was conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was not clean. There was trash behind the headboards. The walls were smudged. Paint was peeling in the bathtub. The tables were dusty. No one came in to change our our dirty towels or take the trash our. We had to take our towels to the desk and get clean ones. As well as take the trash outside to the dumpster and ask for trash bags. There was no coffee available in the mornings. Would be nice to have had just a packet of instant coffee. They will charge you for towels that they "think" are stained and won't come clean.

The location is not bad They tryied charging me an extra 100 deposit and taxes to stay after i made the booking.

To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room there was dead cockroaches on the ground, the floor was so dirty my feet were black, the bedding was itchy and had ticks and bed bugs I have picture proof and bites all over me and my friend and my dog, lights were flickering, everything was dirty, the employees were so disrespectful and refused a refund and it’s now been a full day and I have yet to receive my deposit back, overall worse hotel I have ever stayed at and a health inspector needs to go there asap and shut them down immediately!!!!

Nothing Everything

Place has some guts to rip off and screw there customers with a straight face. BBB and Health Dept will shut down this scam. They ask for. $100 deposit to pocket it basically. They claim u stained there very warn and poor quality bath and bed items. They admit it's budget friendly, pay for what you get. I agree. I expect the bed bugs, the outdated this and that. Hard as rock mattress, flat as a pancake pillow. What I don't expect is for them to charge you $77 for warm items that been used since the 80's. I knew to bring my own, do to them not giving you enough and poor quality at that. In return I was charged $77 for a warn out and signs of use through time for a flat sheet, fitted, pillow case, hand towel, wash cloth and shower towel for which there wasn't one to begin. Low end price for all would be around $37, $51 for the luxury versions. They keep your deposit and using it for there personal gain.

The plan b in the vending machine is very classy That they were not more vending machines

It was close to our destination. Very scetchy and ran down

We checked out 4 days early and they wouldn't

Quiet No actual house keeping

2.Bathroom cleaning and all facilities are not cleaned. 3.The bed is very poor.

In was right in the middle of everywhere I need to be Smoking room with out an ashtray or glassware. advertised coffee machine and hair dryer ether were in the room and only one light was over a 40w bulb

Literally nothing it was absolutely disgusting. Looks like a crack hotel I disliked every single thing about it

There were roaches. It was a very cheap price and short notice so I won’t complain too much. Staff was friendly.
