Horrible staff, rude, dirty.

The breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle machine had very watery batter, the eggs were just swimming in water. We ate breakfast there on the first day and that was it. The front desk staff in the afternoons was not very helpful. TheyI sit there chitchatting or on their phones and look annoyed when you ask for towels or toilet paper. I asked for the room to get cleaned and for new towels and linen on the third day.. The lady at the front desk said they do not sweep or wipe anything down. The only they did was just put towels in the bathroom. On third day I went to the front desk at night to ask for towels and they said they had none and only gave me three hand towels. It’s not fun drying yourself after a shower with hand towels. We will definitely never stay at this property again or another comfort Inn for that matter.

The room was okay but I do think that it needs to be upgraded. The first day we stayed the place had an unusual odor, but it smelled much better the next day. Mirror in bathroom needs replacing, as it was broke, needs some painting in room and new carpeting in the hallways. Breakfast need more choices like bacon in particular.

Pretty decent place to stay. Friendly staff and very close to the beach, which was the best.

We were there a whole week and never had our room cleaned. Everyday when we got back to the hotel from the beach to shower I had to ask them for towels and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. I would ask for four towels and they would give me 2. They never seemed to have enough towels. The carpets in the hotel are all stained in the hallways and the walls were grimey. Definitely not a super clean hotel. I picked this hotel months ago because it lists that it has a hot tub which is not working. They never attempted while we were there to fix it. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and air was cold. Sofa bed was tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. Location was minutes from many restaurants we liked. I have stayed at a few other budget friendly hotels on miracle strip parkway and would pick one of them over this one next time. All in all it was a bed to sleep in and budget friendly if you’re not looking for any high expectations.

The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was out of commission while we were there, and due to the weather, the beach wasn't a viable relaxation option, so the hot tub would have been the icing on the cake! Otherwise, it was a great property, and the staff were very sweet and welcoming/helpful!

The rooms were clean .Staff not friendly always on their phone breakfast food put out cold ……rooms not serviced when asked why said it was upon request towels not ready.Maintenance man non verbal making noises in elevator and in hallways trying to communicate with guest and not in uniform so u can not identify at first that he is just trying to help.

Not clean

The pool was slippery and had caution tape everywhere. The hot tub was not working and had nasty water in it. The hallways smelled like urine. The breakfast was pretty much non existence. Our tv didn’t work and had to call 2x before they sent maintenance. The staff seemed to be bothered by everything and rude. Not a good experience!

The bed was clean We had roaches we couldn’t check in early from our 12 hr drive and the spa part of the pool was broke the sink had no hot water

everything was complete awesome, staff, all clean and ready top receive all guess and excellent location easy access to the different beach or any activity that you plan area

Some parking is not the best the lighting is good staff is good. I didn't eat breakfast. Our room was clean. Sometimes the toilet would get stuck but by shaking the handle it would be ok .
