Great customer service, clean rooms.

entering our room, it had a strong odor of unknown scent but it was not pleasant. There was a huge dead roach beside the toilet. The sheets felt “wet” my daughter wouldn’t even use them, luckily she brought a travel blanket with her. Location was great for us, as we played softball on the fields directly behind the hotel

It was amazing! Every thing was fresh, clean, fully furnished kitchen, they even have other kitchen to check out like slow cookers, blenders. Free washers and dryers. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Odor in room-cleaning product had some strange odor and it wouldn't dissipate. Stayed here 7 days. It's a pet motel so you expect some odors, you just never know what kind.

I was there for just a hot minute. I loved the kitchen because I bring my own meals with me when traveling. I would definitely stay there again.

The room seemed clean but once we got back from an evening out there were bugs in the sink and shower of the bathroom.

Clock didn’t work, small TV and the remote had no scrolling arrows, wall thermostat didn’t work and no sign saying to use the unit controls, blackout shade didn’t close all the way, ice machine in lobby only and no buckets. You’re supposed to know to use the ice maker bucket from the room fridge; of course there is no water line to make ice in the room. People above sound like elephants walking. No complimentary bottled water, obvious lack of maintenance, noisy a/c, cheap, artificial flowers out front. I will never stay at one of these again..
