The staff was wonderful

TV remote did not leaving no way to control the TV. When I went to the front desk I was told there always no one available to look at the problem for about 12 hours. I talked her into finding some batteries and that fixed the problem. That was the only hiccup, everything else was great.

We totally will stay here again. Room very clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and the complimentary breakfast was great.
-
Clean hotel and room, breakfast was good, staff was courteous and helpful. Great price for where it’s located and it was nice to have our own parking space that can only be accessed by guests

Front desk employees were great!

Nice big clean rooms. Location is perfect right in the heart of the Stockyard area. Walked everywhere. Overall great stay

We had an amazing stay from check in, all thru the stay all the way up to the morning we left. Upon leaving I approached the front desk to check out, the girl behind the counter rudely said “ drop your keys there” I said we dint need to check out and she look at me and repeated louder “ you put your keys there” so we did and went to the car. Upon conversation with my bf we decided we needed a receipt to turn in so I walked back in to ask Jalaa( maybe Jayaa wish I would have wrote it down) if I could get a receipt she literallly sighed loudly and rolled her eye. Proceeded to type on the computer, never saying a word, walked to the back to get the receipt came out and shoved it at me with a “here!” I responded with “thank you sorry for making you actually work at your job” and walked out, Crazy how such an amazing place can be ruined by one crappy person

Breakfast was great & so glad they didn't pack everything up exactly at 9am.
-
Location, location, location. The Hyatt is right in the middle of the Stockyards. Easy walk to everything. Kim at the bar was outstanding.
-
It’s nice having a bar but an $18 drink. 50 yards away is a restaurant in the old stockyard building and they’re only 11 which I thought was a lot.

Excellent
-
The location and ease of just walking out to all the shops and bars is great! Everything is walking distance!
-
This is a very small hotel with few amenities.
-
Easy parking access, walking distance to the best areas of the stockyards. Clean rooms and great amenities
-
Parking cost $20 extra felt that was a bit ridiculous for outside parking for hotel guests only. Room was clean and breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Staff was friendly with the exception of the night shift lady knowing I was standing at the counter and took a very long time to even acknowledge me.

The rooms / bathrooms could use some updating.
