It’s nice having a bar but an $18 drink. 50 yards away is a restaurant in the old stockyard building and they’re only 11 which I thought was a lot.

Easy parking access, walking distance to the best areas of the stockyards. Clean rooms and great amenities

Parking cost $20 extra felt that was a bit ridiculous for outside parking for hotel guests only. Room was clean and breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Staff was friendly with the exception of the night shift lady knowing I was standing at the counter and took a very long time to even acknowledge me.

This hotel is way overrated. They have no bellhop. They have no valet parking. They only have three luggage racks. I had to wait an hour and a half to get a luggage rack because they only have three of them. Ridiculous. I’ll never stay there again pay over $400 a night. I called for a steamer to be brought up to my room. They said we don’t have anybody you have to come get it?

Our stay was wonderful. All staff was so kind. The cleaning ladies, the front desk people, and the manager were all so great. We will definitely stay again.

The Gym was to old , need maintence and in general I expected more from a Hyatt place , has an excellent location but iit was not as good as other hyatt place

The room was very nice and clean very roomy, staff was nice. The front desk was very helpful and nice. Very respectful. Breakfast was great. I will stay there again.
