Comfortable place to stay

Very clean , the staff was kind ande the breakfast so good!

Nice big spacious room. Lots of room to roam around. Bathtub big with lots of hot water to fill it. Did get charged for a safe fee, never used safe. Breakfast needs work also, no selection on breakfast items. Wax disappointed considering I checked in late and had no dinner night before…

The room smelled like pizza .awful smell

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice indoor pool area. Good place for families, easy access to Eel River Brewery. Only negative was the curtains…they need replacing, stained and dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hair dryer was broken so they brought me a new one. The bedside electrical outlets in the lamp did not work. Could not charge phone or use medical equipment.

My family stayed there because of a super sad funeral and our stay was excellent. All good.

Excellent breakfast, eggs and bacon.

Kind staff. For the price, room should have been pristine, but had shredded sheer blinds and crumbling packaged soap. Other than that room was nice, bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent- various options for individual comfort. I would stay again, just please fix those sheer blinds asap and get some higher quality soap. Waters in the room would be a nice touch.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Triple room was plenty spacious. Very clean. Big variety for a hot breakfast! Location close to freeway, but not much else.

When we arrived to check in there was a lady in front of us and we thought she was just getting a single room. The guy said well these people haven't shown up that have reservations, so I'll give you this room, we had a suite. Next thing we know three more people showed up so we think they got our room because then we were stuck with a handicap room for 5 days. The toilet seat is broken in the one bathroom and the bed is on the floor and the other bathroom has a seat in the shower so it's very hard for a regular person to shower. The toilet runs all the time, the microwave had rust in it. The door didn't shut unless you slammed it. The noise from upstairs made it hard to sleep. Very thin floors and walls. Breakfast was ok. Went to get oranges and same bad fruit every day.

Handicapped bathroom.had two showerheads, one didn’t work. Shower had a clear strip on the floor that was all dirty black. Also had a black rubberized mat in front of shower, very dirty. Sink had something jammed in drain and water started filling up sink. Not very clean.

Great staff and breakfast

Very clean and tidy rooms. Our room was cleaned and made even without asking. One of the front desk people, Sam, was lightning quick and super helpful in getting the microwave plugged in and working literally within 1 minute of reporting it, so kudos! Great stay overall and would recommend. Parking was plenty and easy. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

The grounds and room were clean. The only problem we had was the window seal of the room appeared to be water damaged with large pieces of the paint around the window seal inside pealing and curling. Parking was not an issue.

Everything was good

The big rooms. The best television selection of channels ever. Very good connection. Nice cooling system. Not many fruit choices at breakfast bar. Eggs were a little wet. Elevator broke down.

Very little. Check in took forever….the technology wouldn’t work. Had a problem completing check in and accepting my card for extras? Refrigerator was warm at arrival, elevator wasn’t working the next morning, had to use the stairs. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee had a button to choose the strength of the coffee. It was like water .
