Fountain Park Hotel, BW Signature Collection

We love this place and have been staying there the past 4 years when we visit Arizona.

Lastly our 2 year old opened the bedside drawers and found used wipes inside, made us question the entire cleanliness of the room after finding those... Location however was great!

Great location, beautiful, clean hotel with a very good breakfast,

Doctor visit brought us to the area and we decided to try staying here. We were not disappointed. This has to be one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. All employees we engaged were helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. While we didn’t use the workout room, it seemed to have everything that would be wanted for a great workout. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long car ride. There were many choices to select from at the breakfast room including yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, juices and coffee - something for everyone. We will definitely keep them in mind when we head to this area again!

I liked being on the first floor, near the back entrance to load / unload my car... I loved that the ice / water machine was so close, I loved the breakfast options (ie. hard boiled eggs, breakfast burritos, yogurt), and I loved (surprisingly) that my room wasn't cleaned unless I asked for it. I'm all about conservation! Oh and finally, I loved the location - across the street from shops / restaurants, and with other really great restaurants within walking distance - not to mention the walking path around the lake / fountain - really nice. Nothing

Breakfast wasn’t great.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. It was a great location. It was across the street from a beautiful park and several restaurants. The price was right, I would definitely stay there again.

The pool bathroom was broken the whole time, kind of Awkward to run back to the room soaking wet :) other than that it was an awesome stay.

Hotel is extremely clean, helpful staff

The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker was unusable - I turned it on 4 times and only got half a cup after all that. Fortunately there was coffee downstairs. It would have been nice to have hot eggs and sausage rather than just microwave food. I expected better from a Best Western. A/C worked and the fitness room was good. Also, the TV changed channels so slowly that I gave up on it.

We stayed during the off season so the price was right. Very few guests, so the hotel was very quiet. Except for the air conditioner. It was extremely loud and kept us up for a good portion of the night. Breakfast was basic so that was a bit disappointing.

This hotel had a recent remodel and it was very nice and very clean beds were comfy. Highly recommend it

Love the breakfast! A good selection to get the day started on a good note.

Since we were traveling with our teenage girls, the option of having 2 king beds in the room was awesome!

Room was great, mattress and pillows were comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the fountain and mountains from my room. Breakfast options could be better.
