Renaissance by Marriott Boston Patriot Place Hotel

Have always enjoyed staying here but this time was disappointing. None of the ice or water machines were working, the room was super hot and didnt have the AC on and the fridge didn't work. For the price, given the hotel was empty, these things shouldn't have been an issue. On the positive the staff was very friendly and nice.

Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room.

Hotel was convenient to the stadium. I would suggest they install more publuc restrooms or at least add temporary bathroom during sporting events. They had 6 different spots to buy beer but only had two toilets for all the drinkers.

Location amazing staff nice. Cost. $1500 a night and still charge for parking and WiFi. Really?

Excellent location for Gillette Stadium. Staff made absolutely no effort, from the non-welcoming valet parker, to the receptionist to the general lack any customer care. The buffet breakfast had been scaled down. Why? Can't they deal with a full hotel? The breakfast was a disgrace. $32 for some fruit and basic eggs and bacon and bread. I've had better in hotels which charge 10% of what we were charged. So, if you're thinking of paying the going rate for the Morocco game on Friday, don't expect anything more than grudged convenience.

Great location for visiting Patriots Place and Gillette stadium. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff friendly and professional. This was my repeat visit and as always I was satisfied.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The location at Patriot Place give you a bunch of dining and shopping options. We had a drink and snack at the hotel restaurant and found it to be very good. All of the staff were great. We will stay here again.

The room was immaculate, comfortable bed & nice bathroom. The restaurant was very good, great menu for breakfast. Nice bar area. We used the pool several times, clean, good temperature. We enjoyed our stay & plan to stay there again when in the area.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, however as I got to my suite ready to sleep after a long day of driving. The body wash, shampoo & conditioner were all empty. I was left with no shower and had to go bed feeling sick. In the morning I tried calling room service but no one answered the stupud call machine doesn’t even work and if your even lucky to get a reply they’ll just say they’re sorry and they’ll look at it. I’m already paying so much, this shouldn’t even be a problem looked at. Never coming back, save your money and go somewhere else.

We had an amazing time as always. The room was clean and spacious. The pool is beautiful. The staff was amazing, super helpful and gave us great ideas for local activities!!

The location is excellent. Step out the door to the shops and restaurants at Patriots Place. The staff was great. My grandkids loved the pool and foosball table in the lobby. The pool temperature could have been warmer.
