Old white lady who seemed to be the manager had a serious attitude. I use IHG all across the country and never a bad experience until now.

Beautiful facility and a great spacious, quiet room. Safe parking. Good coffee! Great location with plenty of dining and conveniences nearby. Close to I-65 but not at all noisy! Lovely front desk staff. Would stay again!

The pool was closed for maintenance. The sausage and gravy was awful. No coffee pot in room.

I really don’t understand all the 5 star reviews. This place felt like a motel 6. Rooms smelled musty, can’t open windows, everything felt dirty, and on top of this turn down service only every other day?! So the bed didn’t even get made and no towels given. I can’t believe I paid almost 400 dollars for 2 nights…never again with a holiday inn. Totally disappointed.

I like the location. Close enough to Nashville without all of the crowd and noise. It was a little mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And there was cobwebs where the curtains were.
