We decided to end our stay in Tennessee here. It is a pricey hotel. I don’t think it is worth the money but it is a very nice hotel with lovely staff! Walkable to the shops and restaurants in Franklin. I just think at $700+ a night, I want more for my money.

Check in was fast and uncomplicated and I never heard once "well, you didn't reserve directly with the hotel so we can't help you". Didn't have to wait long for anything, except maybe the bellhop on Sunday morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent and again, we didn't have to wait a long time. What stood out was they had enough staff to handle the needs of their guests, which is the problem I see the most. How refreshing to have enough staff so that the guests could really enjoy their stay and not be in a hurry to leave..i.e. decent check out time. We had a balcony room, which was really nice for early morning sun and coffee. It was located close to some great shopping, antiques and art. I would highly recommend staying here. It was clean, beautiful and well located. Two staff members I would like to mention are Stephanie and Lee at the front desk.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! From the location of the hotel (within walking distance of great shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops...you get the idea), to the arrival experience (fabulous valets for parking), to the kind and helpful front desk folks (which happens to be at a desk, btw), to the hospitality shown by staff in the small things (think offering lemon water after a long drive), to the beautiful lobby, fabulous rooms, delicious food, live music, and great drink selection, this hotel is a home run! The price was on point for value-to-experience. This hotel goes on our list of places for a weekend get-away! Will most certainly stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Convenient walking distance to downtown Franklin. Helpful and polite staff. Room was clean, presentable, and comfortable. Nice restaurant onsite (1799 Kitchen) and Cafe (McGavock’s). Would stay here again.

This was a charming hotel with great character. Easy walking distance to Main Street. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Clean with great amenities. I hope to visit again.
