What an amazing hotel! We walked everywhere in downtown Franklin. The room was gorgeous and overlooked the courtyard and it's fountains. The shower was pure luxury. Each night, the cleaning staff left treats along with a clean room. The bar staff was friendly and even came out to check on us when we moved to the courtyard. Flawless.

Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had somewhat of an odd smell and there were things I noticed like significant dust on the fake plants and stains on the cloth on the bed frame. However, the location was perfect and the property overall was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.
