Horrible. Only one washing machine in the entire hotel. Shirley was rude. Like our questions were disrupting her day. Location was decent. A few places around to eat.

Place is clean, though noisy with traffic and trains. Mattresses are also not very comfortable and are noisy with the plastic covered feel and sound

Location is convenient if you are in town for an event or traveling though. Lobby, breakfast area, pool, and fitness center are clean. Breakfast had actual eggs, not just the typical hotel scrambled "eggs" with a long list of ingredients. Room looked clean on the surface and was well stocked with consumables. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Cons: Extremely firm mattresses - fine for back sleepers but uncomfortable for the 60+% of us who aren't back sleepers. Shower water pressure - most hotel showers have low pressure but the one in our room felt lower than most from our travels. No regular housekeeping service, not sure if this is always the case but was while we were there. Across the street from railroad tracks, so there's a lot of noise while you're trying to sleep. Not the hotel's fault but not ideal. Bathroom faucet and showerhead were not secured so they wiggled around when trying to adjust them. While making sure not to leave anything behind before checking out, we discovered the room was not as clean as it appeared on the surface. My 6 year old was checking for toys under furniture and shelves when he found a previous guest's soiled underwear. Absolutely disgusting, and a legitimate health hazard. I gave this place 3 out of 5 because of the staff and real eggs, which may be generous but I believe the disgusting item found in our room was a fluke.

I haves stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The AC could be a little cooler in the hallways and common areas, but for the $ it's hard to complain.

The room was not ready. We waited 45-1hr. Then the mirror in bathroom was not clean had handprints all over. There wasn't a bath mat, there were only two bath towels one for each guest. Toiletries were enough for two people. TV would not come on desk personnel stated outage?? The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Checked out early since tv not working. No offer to check it out other than say there was a power outage. I rate this 3 only because a great breakfast buffet. The Lobby was clean! I don't know if we will stay here again but we will be coming frequently to Franklin, Robertson County to visit family.
