This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had so far, and I’ve stayed at many hotels. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again!

This hotel is in a quiet spot. It’s convenient, within 10 minutes of the business district, one hour from the beach.

Something different each day. But it was in the middle of nowhere! It looks like they are building around and there will be more.
-
Initially, the hotel had internet connection issues and we were delayed being able to conduct business. Rectified 2 hours after check-in.

Breakfast was excellent and lot of items. I enjoyed.

Friendly. Clean, spacious. Clean exterior. Wow on the breakfast and fire pit. Multiple outdoor spaces. I didn't find anything not to like and I would tell.

I love everything about this hotel. It’s clean the staff are always nice and it’s a great location when I am visiting Delaware. I don’t like how the rates change so drastically.

Clean room

It was good room clean Gustav got breakfast. Only problem was that it was a little bit too friendly. There was a family that had their dog jump in the ball. didn’t agree with that.

Superb

The staff was friendly and helpful. THe room was clean. We were informed to leave an incidental fee of $20. When we checked out we were told we would be given $14. and the $6 was a county fee. We were not informed of this before hand. this was disappointing.
