Good location and always a good choice in Freehold. Convenient to shopping and down town also - Not the emerald palace but does its job end great staff - very helpful

Our stay was on a weekend. Generally it was fine, Staff at the front desk young people not very welcoming. My daughter, a gentleman and myself got stuck in the elevator. It was very uncomfortable and frightening.We rang the bell for several minutes, banging on the door. No managers came because they were not there! We had to call 911 and they called the fire department. There was a rain storm so we understand power can go out. However , no one came to help us,no one but housekeeping staff who didn’t know what to do. Luckily the power came on and we got off but clearly upset. The next day when the young manager was working I explained how we felt, the fear and frustration. He first questioned if it happened? Then stared in front of other guests what was I trying to get from this and stared a discount. I never once asked for compensation for our stay. I had already paid for it. The lack of respect, courtesy and experience is on Radisson for employees who lack empathy experience and compassion. A simple I’m so Sorry would have been accepted , As well as having managers present on weekends who know how to handle a crisis should it happen!! That is inexcusable. Never will we stay again-

Totally run down and rough

1) Bed cover with a hole in it, 2) The bottom entry door hinge was detached from the frame, 3) Left hand toilet seat hinge broken, 4) luke warm shower and sink hot water, and 5) Bathroom vinyl wallpaper peeling off the wall in places.

Unfortunately, my room was right beside the door going outside, and I heard constant banging all night long of all the wedding guests coming in and going out. All I wanted at that time was a good night's sleep, but alas, it was not to be. All in all, a little notification of a wedding and no food or drink was going to be available to me would have been nice. Just saying....my last stay at this Radisson Hotel for sure.

Rooms are outdated doors are rusted

The room was clean, well stocked and the front desk staff was very courteous and in a good mood. The breakfast was pretty good, fresh fruit and eggs with all the sides. My stay was pleasant.
