Overall, my experience at Radisson in Freehold, NJ was not great. The price of the hotel did not equate to the quality and services that were provided.

We booked this hotel (admittedly late) for the weekend of the 4th of July in large part due to the advertised outdoor pool. We arrived to find the pool drained and out of service and could not find anywhere that the hotel had divulged this information either on Hotels.com or their own web site. Will not be recommending this hotel.

The open space in the entry and seating outside the hotel made it very accessible. However the parking lot and lot entrance can use some repair and paving. Breakfast was available on site, as was coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. Just a very welcoming and comfortable setting. We will be back - you made our stay so comfortable and stress free! Thank you!

Great staff. Good breakfast but pricey. Disappointed that the pool was nor operational on a 100 degree weeked. Quite room.

They never told us the pool was not working and it was 100 degrees out we are trying to get a refund

Incredibly horrible experience… I was forced to check out the same day of check in due to several inconveniences and amenities not available to me! After attempting to make contact with the hotel manager all failed no call back after left messages and a bunch of front desk staff shrugging their shoulders at me. No electricity- no internet- dirty room - and we were original sent to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned from previous guest - relocated to the 5th floor where we had to take the stairs back down a several times. Hair left on the night stand and phone and spots that appeared to be blood on the ceiling. Disgusting service!

Sadly, the pool was not available and we had our 9 year old granddaughter with us and booked this hotel so she could swim. However, everything else was excellent so call ahead and check and see if the pool is available because we were very upset that it was not

Location and some of the staff Well we had ants in our pull out sofa. Many many ants . I told the front desk at check out so he gave us free breakfast vouchers but the breakfast was not good so we didn’t eat it and left. I was there for one night and after they took the room charge and the $100 deposit they tried 3 more attempts at charging me. One for $197, $414 and then $680. I’m still waiting for a phone call and a response to my many emails

Close proximity to the park stage venue. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was closed. No mention of this while booking. Very unhappy about that. It was a beautiful 90 degree day on father's day. Would have been nice to enjoy it.

We booked the hotel with the intent to use the outdoor pool during the day. When we arrived the pool was empty.

Improvements needed 1. New tv very old really dates the hotel 2. Chair by torch lamp needs a end table 3. Bathroom tub very slippery needs walk in shower, water leaks onto floor causing a hazard. 4. Most of the furniture is worn. 5. Positive side very clean 6. Staff very friendly 7. Excellent location to CentraState Hospital and Freehold Mall. 8. Beds very comfortable 9. Water pressure for shower outstanding, but need wand attachment. 10. Coffee maker should be a Keurig

Breakfast is $16. You are in the middle of tons of stores and major highways. So easy to get around. Property is very quiet and safe .

Nothing. Especially the ants that were in the room Everything, from the uncomfortable beds to the low seated couch to the ants in the room there was no breakfast as the restaurant was closed until Saturday and Sunday. I will not stay here again

Pool was not in condition; was not available. Gym equipment was poor. Complimentary Breakfast not available for the weekend as advertised.
