Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco East - McKinney

This is not comfort inn but is Best Western now. Rooms were clean and Property is well maintained.

Good stay. Good value. We'd stay again. Faucet in shower was broken off away from shower wall. Water took a long time to get hot.

The place is great, but hard to identify properly. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was great Everything was fine

No hot water.

We had a great stay. It was very reasonable and the people were great.

Nice location Clean premises and rooms Outside trash bins always overflowing and not cleaned regularly

Great location

Pleasant

I love how clean it was.. Very impressed! No one was friendly, kind of surprised about it. All of the staff just walked by, not a word.. no Good morning, anything.. Even during breakfast time and check out. I just dropped the key in the box and my husband and I just walked out. it was a little concerning.

Problem with door key

We stayed here for one night while visiting family. Our arrival time was late. Check-in was fast. The property was nice and clean. The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant odor in the room and the rug felt moist from the humidity in the room(which went away when the ac temperature was lowered). The AC got really nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for an affordable quick stay.

Exceptional

Only complaint was a musty mildew smell in room. Very obvious and overpowering. Otherwise fine.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a great price for a suite!!

Location is good in terms of closeness to restaurants and shops. Pillows maybe not that comfortable!

The room was clean, WiFi was working well and the staff’s were very friendly and helpful!!

Room had only hot water. I had to have my family use the shower from another friend staying at property.
