clean, updated, very nice Check in process took a little long, even after supplying info via booking.com.

Elevators were dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, toilet would not fully flush due to water saving mechanism in toilet. Stay somewhere else.

Our tv in our room would not work. We contacted the front desk 2 different times to get help and they said they would move us to a different room but never did.

The room itself was nice, but the second TV wasn’t functioning properly—it could turn on, but none of the controls worked beyond that. Additionally, the window shades wouldn’t go up, so part of the room never received natural light.

Outside working front people really helpful I ask to change the sheet because they were dirty since I arrive an they did not , smells wear I think is the carpet

It was a birthday present for my grandson, he loves staying in hotels, everything was perfect for him, it was very close to the attraction we were going to

Just the location was good. And staff were friendly We love staying at comfort inns but this one is a complete NO It felt dirty and you can tell it’s poorly maintained the carpet felt dirty. Expected this hotel to feel a lot cleaner since it was “remodeled” about a year ago. And for the carpet to look and feel that dirty in a year you can tell they do not do deep cleaning. The shower curtains felt supper old and dirty and it is also obvious they don’t clean them properly. It shows all over the hotel that they cut corners and cheaply patch up things instead of properly repairing and maintaining the hotel. The key cards that they provide don’t work very well. We got locked out of our room 3 times in a two day stay and had to constantly get new key cards.

Frisco good area only We were taken to the 3rd floor and it stinked. Like wet carpet .. the room did too.

Location Not the cleanest… customer service was okay. Room smelt like water damage.

Allergies a great deal. Usually a sign that it’s covering up other orders.
