Restaurant is delicious

The system was down when we checked in, and our room was falling apart. The hotel also had a strange odor throughout the building. It smelled almost like a sewer or a damp, musty smell, as if something had gotten wet and never fully dried. It was unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The outlets between the two beds didn't work, and the other outlet in the room was so loose that it could barely hold a charger. The bottom shelf of the nightstand between the queen beds had collapsed. I had my shoes underneath it, and when we returned to the room, the shelf had fallen on top of one of them. I paid extra to include breakfast at Houlihan's, and we waited almost 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. We sat there the entire time with no drinks or service. They were clearly short-staffed, and it looked like nobody was cooking, or they had run out of supplies. Another large party eventually started getting their own drinks from the bar. If the hotel is going to partner with the restaurant to offer a breakfast package, the restaurant manager should be checking each week how many guests or families purchased the package so they can properly anticipate staffing and supply needs. Overall, it was a horrendous experience, and we will not be back.

Great staff, beautiful property as well. I was surprised breakfast was not included but the breakfast at the attached Houlihans was beyond great. I did leave behind a pair of sneakers and called within 24 hours to have them set aside and was initially helped by a gentleman who did not seem very interested in helping. Ultimately the sneakers were not recovered. Although disappointed with that the staff during the stay were extremely helpful. Pam was excellent and friendly and exceeded expectations. Thank you and we will return and not forget any items in the future. Ultimately my responsibility for my own clothing.

There was a "black colored mold" by the A/C vent as soon as you walked into the room. The refrigerator inside the room did not work either. I have a picture of the vent inside the room. Condensation moisture was also photographed on a common area AC vent. Not sure how much "black colored mold" existed inside our rooms AC vents but for it to appear on the walls and vent located the farthest distance from the rooms AC unit I can assume there was more. I wanted to request a different room but after seeing moisture issues in common areas we decided to just end our trip a day early because trying to find two bedroom lodging for three during the holiday would be incredibly difficult. Management was adamant that Expedia would need to be contacted about leaving early because of "contractual obligations". I'm incredibly disappointed. I do not recommend this lodging to anyone.

The room was nice and clean The fact that we stayed there twice only 5 days apart and I was charged 100 dollars more for the same size room was ridiculous. And my food at the restaurant was burnt and unedible. And we had problems with the USB port in the room had trouble charging our phones
