There was a "black colored mold" by the A/C vent as soon as you walked into the room. The refrigerator inside the room did not work either. I have a picture of the vent inside the room. Condensation moisture was also photographed on a common area AC vent. Not sure how much "black colored mold" existed inside our rooms AC vents but for it to appear on the walls and vent located the farthest distance from the rooms AC unit I can assume there was more. I wanted to request a different room but after seeing moisture issues in common areas we decided to just end our trip a day early because trying to find two bedroom lodging for three during the holiday would be incredibly difficult. Management was adamant that Expedia would need to be contacted about leaving early because of "contractual obligations". I'm incredibly disappointed. I do not recommend this lodging to anyone.

The room was nice and clean The fact that we stayed there twice only 5 days apart and I was charged 100 dollars more for the same size room was ridiculous.And my food at the restaurant was burnt and unedible.And we had problems with the USB port in the room had trouble charging our phones

With a clean room with two incredibly comfortable beds with super soft pillows, 15 minutes from Shenandoah entrance, close to shopping and stores and plenty of restaurants, the Double Tree was the best spot for a nature weekend. My wife and I loved every bit of it. We loved the free cookies at check in, the beautiful views of rolling hills and the golf course, the location of the hotel and everything they offered. It was a perfect getaway. The beds were clean, the room surprisingly had a good smart TV even though we still used our fire stick, the bathroom was spotless!

The hotel nice but i had ants in my room real bad and did see them till check out the hotel told me to get with yall at Booking cause I booked with a 3rd party and have yall call the Tuesday to get some of my money back The location was nice

It was lovely hotel. Check in was very smooth and easy . The room was clean and comfortable. I’m a pillow and mattress person. The mattress was excellent the pillows were probably amazing but they definitely need to be switched out for newer pillows. The only complaint is that the doors are very thin so you can hear people’s door shutting and conversation

The room was larger than I expected, very clean and the shower had great water pressure. It was a very nice overall hotel.
