Beds were stiff but all else was great. Very nice location.

When we arrived to check (3 couples traveling together) the guest in front of us was having trouble with his reservation.we stood in line over 30 min without a word of acknowledgment from the desk clerk or the manager that came out to help her for a few minutes. It was 6:30 pm and we hadn’t eaten yet. We finally rolled out our luggage and left to eat as there was no end in site from the problems they were having with the other customer. We got back at 8:30 and finally had a smooth check in. It was very frustrating as the managed went back to his back office and didn’t help at all. Our room needed some major repairs and freshening up, but it was clean

Clean facility

Breakfast was fresh and tasty except the juice machine didn’t work and there was no water offering. That could have been better. The staff was very friendly and I had a good nite’s sleep. .

Asked for first floor when booking due to mobility issues and was put on 3rd floor. There were ants all around the hot tub, told the staff and they took care of it. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Clean room. A very nice place.

Everything was good

It was convient to where we needed to be 1st room upon using electronic key(turned green)appeared to be safety locked from inside. Made 2 attempts. Given room next door. AC didn't work and there was very little water pressure in the shower.

It was a good experience staff was great

Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists.

Simple and clean hotel that's perfect to stay when visiting family in the area. Rooms have a good amount of essential amenities and the bath products are pleasant. Some areas on the ceilings in the bathrooms show signs of water leaks/prior repairs and could use a refresh.

Nice art (local?) on the walls in bathroom and near sofa. Good sized hot tub! Nice sized pool. Needs more staff at the check in desk. Hot breakfast items were minimal. More art on the walls in the room. Hot tub jets not working.

The place was really nice, UNTIL the morning we were checking out. One of the Staff POUNDED on the door so hard is scared the $#@$%$ out of us. There was absolutely NO REASON for a Staff Member to pound on the door at 9am when checkout is at 11am. Will never stay here again

The staff was probably the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time, really made my day. For an older property everything was clean and in good shape.

The room was fine. No big complaints. A few little things. The door handle to the room had to be yanked upward to open, which is an odd angle that i would sometimes fail to achieve before the key cardv reader timed out, requiring me to reswipe to enter, sometimes more than once. The refrigerator, when opened, reeked like rancid cheese, or maybe vomit? The ac unit seemed to run constantly and to make more noise than normal. The side door handle popped halfway off and dangled when I used it. It still functioned, but looked like a shoddy repair job that made it memorable. Breakfast was pretty standard. There were always plenty of eggs, and the first morning plenty of sausage links, but in days after that the side dish was not well stocked, so I had a couple day just eating scrambled eggs and never seeing any other hot food resupply come out of the kitchen. The coffee was also understocked. More than half the days of my stay the coffee pots were either empty or cold.

We enjoyed our stay!

Good location. Friendly staff. Bath towels were way too small for grown adults. Breakfast was ok but wish there were more options. Do not feel like the price I paid was worth what we got as far as the room and breakfast.

The room was great, the staff was awesome and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very hard and I couldn't sleep because of it.

The toilet handle was very loose.
