Attentive staff

Horrible customer service, tried charging my card 12 times 2 days before my stay, it denied because it was locked to prevent fraud, but they never called to say there was an issue. I called and unlocked the card, charged the room and relocked it. When we got there they charged us $20 to check in 2 hours early, to a room that way already clean and empty. I used a different card, they changed the ENTIRE STAY to the new card, even though they had already charged me on my original card. GM was less than helpful or pleasant focusing on the fact that my locked card denied 2 days early, not the incompetence of his staff or fixing the problem. We are in town often for tournaments, we will be staying somewhere else

Clean room

Did not like the 20.00 early check in fee.

We had great omlets and coffee at the provided breakfast. The room was nice too. Convenient location to where we needed to be.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s very clean and in a good location. It also has a good breakfast

There wasn't much to like except for the restaurant next door.

The room was huge there was a wall separating in between the Beds which gave good privacy there was desk and multiple areas in the room for my kids to run around also the breakfast was absolutely amazing one of the best breakfast I've ever ate at a hotel and I've Been Everywhere the hotel itself was very nice and large as well it could use some I hate it the carpet in the room and the shower itself could use some updating but other than that it was a 10 out of 10 Carpet and shower

The carpet in our room had a few issues. Only one garage can. Didn’t know it was a handicap room.

Full of kids with softball tournament. They run around the hallways the entire time playing ding dong ditch. All night long as well !! Terrible experience!

Installation

breakfast was very good , the stuff was helpful and accommodating. hotel is extremely outdated, smells like cheap fruity cleaner, and worn-out beds.

It’s a great option for a one-night stay and offers good value for money. I think the breakfast could be improved, and the hotel facilities are a little outdated.

I’ll be back.

Big pool clean rooms

Absolutely beautiful hotel, room was clean. It was comfy. The breakfast omelette bar was absolutely phenomenal, the rest of the breakfast was OK. I don’t really eat much of regular continental food but the breakfast omelette was great in the hotel has a beautiful lobby. The pool look nice as well, but I didn’t get a chance to go in there.
