Clean room, excellent staff. All areas outside the room need better conditioning though. The lobby and elevators were hot and humid.

The large number of railroad trains that travelled right by the hotel were noisy and often blew their horns, waking us up. We were never told that the tracks were 1-2 blocks away with trains going by every 10-20 minutes. We might have stayed elsewhere if we had known.

The ease of checking in,convenient to everything,very clean and comfortable. Lily at the front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast was ok but the bacon and potatoes were not cooked throughly

The room size. The bathroom, everything was for right handed people. There are some left handed people in the world.

Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. I liked that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion there for you. Breakfast the the usual hotel type but it was fine. Nice to have. We didn’t use any other amenities but I will mention they have tap beer and wine downstairs which, had we had more time before the show we would have utilized!

Good location and nice clean rooms.

It was a nice place to stay and everyone was friendly. It was also conveniently a good walking distance to all the surrounding shops and food locations.

Really responsive and kind staff, great location with easy access and near lots of stores and restaurants. Nice indoor pool and large exercise room, clean and comfy rooms and large common area. Breakfast is standard fare and changes daily.
