The Resort is in the heart of the Galena Territorys rolling countryside in Galena Illinois among the continuous 6800 acres of pristine countryside. Eagle Ridge is the Midwests finest resort featuring 63 holes of championship golf indoor and outdoor fitness facilities plus a world of family recreation. The Resort also has a variety of restaurants offering it all from elaborate buffets to intimate dinners as well as room service. Stonedrift Spa offers massages and body treatments of all kinds. There is also horseback riding and hot air balloon rides. Eagle Ridge has it all to help you get away from the hectic nature of daily life. The Resort features 15000 square feet of Meeting and Conference facilities for meeting of 10 to 750 people. Some of our accommodations are pet friendly for a fee. Our hotel is smoke free.

Resort is definitely living on its reputation. The entire resort is very tired and needs some TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Too bad the room rates are based on their former glory

In the description online upon booking, it said the room had a bathtub. It did not. It was very disappointing. No other issues.

The room needs attention, the fan in the bathroom was loud, the door handle for the deck was loose, and the deck boards were rotten.

Everything we did was enjoyable. Everywhere we looked was beautiful. Every interaction was kind and professional.

Nice property but understaffed on holiday weekend which led to very long waits at the lounge. Also, the smoldering logs in the courtyard seemed like a cool idea but the smoke lingered and made the rooms smell and messed up our sinuses. Needs a deep clean. But overall a good experience

Everything was nice except for the curtain valance falling down from the wall. Luckily no one got hurt

Stayed Fri. 8/7/20- Sun 8/9/20 for a couples wknd. Hotel lobby and grounds are nice. Room was clean,came with refridgerator and coffeemaker. Sink next to small bathroom. Balcony overlooking lake would've been great, if it didn't have spiderwebs everywhere. Service at Highlands restaurant was very poor, waited 30 min and still no orders were taken. Bar restaurant food arrived at table cold. They took it back but it should'nt have happened

Had a great time at Eagle Ridge. Staff was super friendly! Great amenities too! Free wine tasting, great entertainment, great food, and yoga and mimosas!? Was great weekend!

Very nice clean room. Winter carnival was fun with lots of things for kids to do.
