The facility and staff were so accommodating! The rooms were clean! If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to make the mattresses firmer. I also loved that they played a variety of music at the pool including some christian music. Very well done!

Property is nicely maintained, plenty of activities offered, with plenty of dining options. Favorite experience, the Associates throughout are professional, personable, attentive & plain fun!

It’s a slightly older resort and the older world charm was nice. It would be nice if you could add another ping-pong table, and maybe a few arcade games to the rec room. Also, the pool tables need to be re-felted. The rooms are clean, but the exterior doors and the pool were covered/filled with bugs on a regular basis. The resort was dog, friendly, which was nice. More umbrellas were needed poolside. There were empty stands, with no umbrellas. Had to sneak into the towel room, and make some makeshift repairs to some of the stored umbrellas, in order to provide enough shade. My Brazilian girlfriend who is pushing 50 years old was so happy that she was able to flaunt her bikini body by the pool, which got me so hot that we snuck back to the room and made passionate love. This will forever make our stay here memorable.

This place had no air-conditioning the whole night front office was no help with 3 kids and a wife telling me it’s so hot and humid she can’t breathe this was the worse experience.

This was the perfect family-friendly stop!

As soon as we walked thru the door to our room, the mildew hit. Unfortunate. Staff and food were underwhelming. Good thing we only stayed for one night.

Great welcome; my children loved the pool and the restaurant, and several friends were staying at the same hotel.

Very clean and spacious The bathroom had a very strong scent of urine. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The scent was coming from the bottom base of the toilet.

Friendly staff, nice rooms Booked a bay view and was no view of bay

We absolutely love staying at the seaview. It is relaxing and self containing that you never have to leave

The property was in great shape the room was clean and the golf was great

Certain staff were awesome and above board. Kitchen produced really good food a bit bland but a really nice prime Rob, although I got sick for 2 days from the mezza platter. The dining staff are wonderful hard working people. Heather James at the front desk was a delight, all the other customer service attendants minus one of the trainees are selectively welcoming. We stayed 10 days. They cleaned the room once, although they asked a few days later, we were sleeping asked for them to return and they did not. No microwave in the room, you have to walk far back to the front desk to use a microwave. Musty dank odor. Orange running water in the bath. Hidden fees should be considered theft. I paid a little over $5k online for 10 days. If I were a multi billionaire I'd still care because the Hyatt should be ashamed of itself. expensive dining services and golf shop prices are ridiculous although the clothing material are really nice. Plenty of space to walk your dog and supplied poop bags are posted everywhere but just one garbage bin located far away from anywhere. I'm told it was something in it's heyday but it's obvious Hyatt is sucking what's left of the marrow from the bone that is Seaview. It's a shame. Such a wonderful old place neglected so by what used to be luxurious expectation from such a price tag and a name considered a high end luxury company.

The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were very nicely kept.
-
For the price I was expecting a touch better from staff and condition. But will likely return.
