Beach access could use some maintenance but over all really enjoy the stay

It was great to be right on the beach. Having a refrigerator with ice maker and coffee maker with coffee provided was so helpful.

The property is lovely, and down away from all the heavy traffic if sea wall, which is nice and still within an easy drive to everything. The beach access is great. I was only disappointed because I was told it would be beachfront beach view from my room and it wasn’t. It was a partial(side view)The staff mentioned that the one bedrooms are always a partial view, but when you book on other sites, it doesn’t give those specific details. They stated if I had booked on the website for the property I would’ve seen that or if I had called in advance. They apologized. Otherwise, we had a great time, Iwe booked the villa, which gives you a kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, etc., and a washer and dryer access between the two rooms that share a secure door. We would definitely book again here. It is not the newest place so depending on your expectations it may not be as great for all; but we loved it.

Everything was wonderful!!! ALL of the staff, we encountered and the property was awesome.This was my birthday celebration, but I plan to return with my grandchildren. They will love it.

loved the direct beach access but wish the path was a bit wider for wagons as i have a little one. the bath tub had sand in the bottom of it when we arrived. the dryer didn’t work well at all i had to cycle it 3 times to even come close to dry clothes. water leaking inside the fridge. otherwise no major complaints, everything else was very clean. hotel staff was very helpful. not super thrilled about the fact that i went to the other resort for their presentation to be turned away and wasted my time with that.

Great property but does need some updates/maintenance in the bathrooms and kitchens. Love that it’s right on the beach and you don’t have to cross traffic.

Older property, not maintained. Close to water but pain in the butt overall. TV remote didn't work. Ceiling fan didn't work.

I did not like that the walkway to the beach was overgrown.

The ac didn't cool off the room, and it could of been a little cleaner Sofa bed was horrible

Beach front property! Clean rooms and friendly staff. We loved our stay here and will be back next year for sure! The pool was too deep for my 6 year old.

The beach access was convenient. Property was outdated and rooms had a smell. The mattress was terrible.

The property was nice and I really enjoyed it. The part I didn’t like and/or expect was them trying to get me to join in their club. They wanted me to come to an hour and a half presentation on joining. I declined and it was very good otherwise. I just didn’t appreciate being surprised by the push to attend a sales pitch. The property itself was very good. I just didn’t like the sales pitch part of it.

In general, hotel is okay. Well equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer in the living unit (shared with other family from other room). Nice pool for the kids. Great water pressure in the shower. Close to the beach. Spacious parking. Some negative things to mention are: -it feels damp in the room (humid). It took 2 days for A/C unit to lower the humidity level (still feels humid) - the sofa in the kitchen could be more comfortable
