Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort by IHG

I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the next time we come to Galveston. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful and we loved how close you all were to the beach.

Covered parking is very limited.

This was our third time to stay here and this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was clean and while we understand properties need to be maintained, we would not have booked here had we known the pool deck/area were going to be cleaned and painted the entire time we were there. The response that since we booked through a third party, any concerns would need to be addressed through them was not acceptable. If your manager was not even aware of the week-long project until that morning (Monday) how would the third party be able to notify us when booking?

The whole property was clean and family friendly. The amenities were great. Beach view was fantastic. Will book with them again when I am in the area.

Our room was located next to an elevator. It ran throughout the night and we got no sleep. Terrible experience.

I gave a bad review due to the sales pitch tour pressure. They will not let up when I tell them right off I don't want to tour. We will not stay here or anywhere the holiday inn Club Vacations are due to too much pressure that causes hell.

Great views of the ocean and location

That it was so close to the beach My reservation wasn’t ready upon arrival. Got there at 3:30 didn’t get fully checked until about 5 waiting for front desk to call me with an update. Never called me and we were waiting in lobby. Had to inquire again about the room… rooms were clean but had a foul odor, the dolly’s to load your suit cases don’t glide smoothly, for the price we will not stay here again.

Always a pleasure staying at both Tru and Home2 Suites Galveston! Staff is top notch!

Right on the beach so our view and access was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed...the water pressure was a bit low for the shower but we managed. The staff was excellent, particularly Nicole, she answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction for things to do closer to town.

Y lo otro es que la piscina cierra a las 10. Es un lugar que vamos a descansar creo q podría ser hasta un poco más tarde incluso cuando ni aunque sea en el verano la dejan más

Hotel is dated. Jacuzzi tub was cracked on bottom. Musty smell. Bed was uncomfortable. Just needs some TLC.

Absolutely phenomenal! We traveled with two teenagers and a toddler and everyone had a blast. The pool is gorgeous and roomy. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only regret is we is we didn't book another night! Highly recommend if your traveling with your family. All 5 of us had plenty of space in one of the villas and having a kitchen was an added bonus or room had a great view of the beach. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a excellent view of the beach and the sunset from our room. We enjoyed walking on the beach, which was just behind our hotel, the staff were excellent and we intend to return for our anniversary again and again. Honestly, everything was great. We do not have any negative feedback and enjoyed everything about our stay. The only thing we did not like was that we could not stay longer because of commitments back home.

My family enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again.
