I liked the pool, the room was comfy, spacious. Good service. I felt the game room and complimentary activities were over hyped online and needed TLC on site. More games for the arcade, more activities in the club room would be nice. They advise there's two pools but you can't use one of them if you're not in the exclusive villas just a little let down once there See above

The view from the front door towards the refinery in the distance. Having a balcony, a large shower and toilet. Aircon was really welcomed. The seclusion of the location. Trying to be upsold on other products by the ihg group at check in. The rooms had poor soundproofing, especially of the upstairs neighbours and the common area. Beds were firm/ hard mattresses and pillows were poor. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. View from the rear balcony of the garbage disposal area will be unforgettable. Can't complain about the distances from Galveston or Lake Jackson as it was already established upon booking.

The unit 50 #104 had a kitchen faucet in need of repair due to difficulty turning off the water. Main bedroom shower floor could be cleaned better-grout lines black in places. Overhead light in living room needs to be replaced-burned out. Just a general fresh up in paint. Otherwise, the unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from all the seawall attractions. We really enjoyed the room, the two bedroom villa with two baths was perfect! We had an issue with the AC and it was promptly fixed and cooling perfectly. My big disappointment was we did not have access to the infinity pool that was in all the photos. It was only available to guests staying in one particular building.

Concern: The description for this location was misleading on Expedia. The pool advertised was across the street and was and upcharge. The restaurant was across the street as well, beach access was across the street to be safe to you had to drive or cross a double lane. The resort is split it two across the street from each other one is located on the beach and the other not

The unit was clean and cozy! The whole family enjoyed our stay. The decor is beachy but tasteful and not..annoying lol. Beds were comfortable. And the unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay- kitchen was perfectly equipped with all the tools needed for our stay. We love Jamaica beach for the ease of just driving on and unloading and the access we like was less than a 5 min drive. Power was lost for about an hour- not a big deal since there are so many activities to do to entertain ourselves until it came back on. We will definitely be back!
