Great property nice clean rooms

The property itself was great overall, other than a couple of minor repair needs in our unit. However, we had some issues with check in and the staff. When we checked in, we were tricked into signing up for a sales presentation. When I tried to get out of it, I discovered we would be penalized a $50 fee if we didn't endure it since we had technically agreed to it, even though it wasn't adequately explained at check in. When I protested that we had two small children, I was told the presentation would be no more than 90 minutes and kid-friendly. However, it was at least 2 hours, and that was with me asking the salesman to wrap it up because our two small children were restless and we had other plans, and not nearly as kid-friendly as I was led to believe. This drained our morning and took away from our vacation and family time. Rather frustrating.

It was a wonderful experience! I love we could cook and there were lots of activities. I wish there was a free breakfast so I could get coffee before walking on the beach but there was a wonderful food truck cafe that had cold brew lattes 10 minutes away :)

There were a few minor issues: no blackout curtains, the pool could have been cleaner, and the outlets on one side of the bedroom didn’t work. We also had cable TV problems, but staff took care of those quickly. The biggest negative by far was the extremely pushy timeshare presentation. A polite “no thank you” should be enough, but it wasn’t. The continued pressure after we made it clear we weren’t interested was frustrating and took away from an otherwise relaxing vacation. There’s a difference between offering information and making guests feel pressured into buying something. We really liked the resort, beach, peaceful atmosphere and staff. With a few maintenance improvements and a MUCH less aggressive timeshare sales approach, this could have been an excellent stay.

It was a little misleading, I thought I booked a nice hotel stay but was surprised by a 2.5 hour timeshare sales pitch.

The property was very nice and spacious, actual apartment style rooms 2bd room 2 bathrooms both with shower and tub. 2 private access balconies. The villas are located directly across the street from beach. Location had a pool, mini golf course, and game room. Everything was great.

We have stayed at this resort several times and have not been disappointed once.

When using a third party it can be confusing if you want to be able to use the infinity pool and swim up bar you must make sure your room is in the signature room. Otherwise they have other rooms like Villa and so otherwise the property is wonderful. Great people we had a blast.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here at this Holiday Inn Vacation Club. It's always good to come to a familiar place like Holiday Inn, and the products are consistent.The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was that the elevator was not working in the building we were in. I'm unsure why this was the case, particularly since the first floor is actually the building's second floor and is already raised. It was a considerable number of stairs for 65-year-olds to navigate daily.

Dirty bathrooms, towel ladies very rude.
