Our TV did not work or the phone or the lights or the frig. They did move us to another room and those things worked in it. I believe there was issues they did not know about. The staff was friendly and both rooms were clean.

This hotel is very beautiful. Nice rooms. Great breakfast!!!

The property was in a good location

The location was great. The building is not taken care of. There was quite a bit of paint chipping in our room. There was little to no water pressure. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. A shelf within the shower we’re hanging loose almost falling off. Our room was never cleaned. There was a sign at one point that said they would not make our beds because they were not allowed to touch our property. We had brought our own pillows. That was the only thing on the bed. We had to continually ask for towels because our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was below average and there was supposed to be a pancake maker, but it was out of order. There was also a light flashing on her phone to indicate there was a voicemail left and front desk basically told us there was no way to shut it off so we had to unplug the phone. We definitely would not stay here again.

Found a giant roach in my room. Refused to stay the night there so I had to pay for another hotel. They still haven’t given me a refund. Expedia won’t give me a refund either. I book several domestic and international trips a year and have never had this problem. So disappointed.

Very nice and clean. Bed was a little wobbly but I slept in the middle of the bed and it was comfortable.

I had to work for half the day on my stay, and it was nice to have plenty of comfortable seating to work at. The bed was uncomfortable, sadly.
