Location right next to downtown Gatlinburg and easy access to Smoky Mountains
-
Room and all were nice but walls thin can hear ppl talk and to be late and up early hearing others move, walk, and talk. Bed like a rock.

I came to stay with my daughter and her inlaw family. i had a great time - the area is lots of front - Gatlinburg is like Las Vegas without gambling - very honky tonk. The resort was nice and clean, plenty of parking. It is in need of paint and some updating of furniture. Everyone else in our group came as part of time share membership. I paid a nightly rate. I saw 3 other units, and had the same feeling about the dated interiors. When maintenance was called, the came quickly to spray for bugs. The area has great hikes, white water rafting, and of course moonshine tasting! I went with no expectations and left thinking it was a beautiful hidden part of the country

First time ever saw a sofa that was falling apart (pics included) and bathroom exhaust fan was just too loud...
-
Only drawback was mattress was a little harder than I am use to sleeping on. Everything else was great. We stayed in one of the suites. We will definitely stay here again.

First time to book through Expedia. After paying we were informed this was a NON-refundable package! Should have been told upfront! After checking into the resort we were advised to see person at other side of the lobby for our parking pass. Upon contacting this person we were offered money for booking an appointment to listen to their sales pitch (Time Share). This person seemed annoyed in our lack of interest in the offer and reluctantly gave us our parking pass for our weekend stay. Stayed in an apartment / hotel room, not a loft. Our room was nice and clean. First morning found there was no coffee maker, one was brought in for second morning. Not sure why but there was no daily room service for fresh towels! View was okay, nothing spectacular.

Refrigerator did not work - was very loud and had to be unplugged so we could sleep. Pull Out bed was very dirty with food debris and was extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance had to bring a second mattress in and we had to stack the 2 mattresses on top of one another to be able to sleep

Great place, not right on the strip but not far away at all.
-
Awesome room and view, very friendly staff and very clean and kept up facilities!

The hotel staff that checked us in were very friendly, however, the parking pass attendant, Starla, was NOT! Our unit was very clean and comfy, but when we got back at 11 pm, we realized the pull out sofa was broken and had to sleep with our heads at the opposite end with a bar in our backs. We would have called maintenance, but it was very late, and we were very tired. Things like that should be checked before guest arrive. I also feel that if you pay $175 for 1 night, you shouldn't have to take your sheets off the bed, or take your trash off. I don't want to clean up on vacation. The check out time is 10 am, but t 9:30, there were folks waiting to get in our unit to inspect it, I assume. We felt a little rushed. The place overall was nice, but when u start off with somine rude, everything else is just the icing on the cake. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Overall the trip was excellent!!

Condo location is lovely but we had a rental with no mountain view as we were put in low ground level and all we saw was a bush and a ditch outside our window. Could not change locations according to front desk. Unit was very nice BUT the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything next door and upstairs well into the night. Would not stay here again.
