Treetops Resort

No elevator in the building we were in. At check in I was told we were on the first floor. It just so happens that the first floor was 18 steps below where we parked our vehicle. Both my husband and I had trouble navigating the stairs (we are both 77 and have knee issues)

I had booked two rooms well in advance as we were moving my mother from gaylord. It was a gift for her 94th bday to make it a place to get out of the chaos of moving and enjoy her favorite activity a hot tub. In fact the hot tub is featured in the picture in their ad on hotels.com. When I called to see if my rooms were ready I asked how far we were from the hot tub. I was informed the hot tub in our building was not working and we would have to drive to the other building to the other hot tub. I actually tried to call hotels .com to see if I could get my money back but got disconnected at some point. I decided to stay and when I checked in Josh at the front desk tried to solve the problem but unfortunately the building with the working hot tub was booked solid. Just very disappointing when it was supposed to help my mother relax through a stressful time. Having to drive back to our room in damp bathing suits and to have to get in and out of the car a couple times ( hard when you’re 94). Rooms and facilities were definitely dated need a little love for sure. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing $22 for basically what you get for free at a lot of other hotels . If you golf or ski I’m sure it’s worth the convenience otherwise find somewhere else

The room and property were amazing. Everything we experienced there was clean and peaceful. I will definitely go stay there in the future

The resort was great but there was some confusion due to construction on the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub the first night, unfortunately it wasn't heating up the second night.

Stand light not working, outside doors have cracked trim and peeling paint. When I showed the photos to the desk clerk, his response was to give me an email address to send the pictures to.

Dinner menu needs more choices. Whirlpool out of order. Nice outdoor pool. On property golf course needs better practice facility (no bunkers) and friendlier staff.

For the price you pay it should have offered a complementary breakfast in the morning. I think it’s unacceptable to have to go pay $20 at the legends on property to eat breakfast in the morning.

I came in for a one night stay as I was traveling home. Check in was very easy and the front desk personnel did a great job of pointing out the activities, where the restaurants were and what amenities were available. My room was clean and comfortable, but there were some spiderwebs around the patio door. The chair that was set outside on my patio was broken, but replaced quickly by the staff upon request. The shower/bathroom area was clean but the water in the shower never really got hot. It was warm enough, but not hot. The grounds are spectacular. Well manicured and well kept and I will definitely plan a golf or a get away weekend with TreeTops.

Top notch resort

Room was spacious and comfortable. Furniture needed cleaned as well as carpet. It was a bit worn. Mattress was hard. Overall the room was nice except for the two comments already made.

Beautiful grounds and location. Clean and spacious room…will be back next time in the area!

Room cleaning/ maintenance guy at the Inn building was super nice and helpful

The coffee makers in the lobby are really great to have.

Room very spacious and clean. Remote worked poorly. Hot tub was down. Went to main building and hot tub not warm enough. Algae on sides. Pool very dirty with algae growing up sides. Suana was down, shower had no hot water. Bad, flat pillows. This visit was our anniversary, not the best memory.

Great Old Fashions at the Bar

The first night we had a power failure the second night we had water shut off because of a leak the third night. We had a fire alarm go off at midnight. The golf course is beautiful and challenging. The resort needs some money put into it for updating.

The resort itself was nice and clean. But definitely outdated it could use some updates.
