The INN at Gig Harbor

I'm disabled and when I called to see if elevators would be accessible, I was told "yes". Upon arrival we found the elevator to be down for maintenance our whole time there and their pool was also down, which I had checked on in advance as well. This made our medical trip extremely taxing trying to get medical equipment up 3 flights of stairs. We weren't offered any other accommodations or services, just apologies.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Mei Mei, the woman who tends to breakfast made all the difference in the world. I showed up a little late, and she helped me get everytI needed, plus some! Also, we checked in very late, but the front desk person was so very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Clean place.

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s convenient and always meet our standards. Will definitely come back again if we visit family again!

We stayed in a two king bed suite with fireplace. the room is spacious, clean and nice。Beds are very comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here in future if I visit the area again.

Also like being able to charge our car. This is more like Inn on the highway, there was so much highway noise in our room. We had hoped/assumed it might be on the harbor but that is not the case at all; our room overlooked the highway. Breakfast was not great- we came 20 mins before it was over and all of the hot food was gone and was not restocked. Kitchen staff was no where around to ask for more but came to close up a few mins before “time”and was pretty grumpy in general.

The breakfast was very good and the staff member who managed the breakfast was excellent. Tables were cleaned off as soon as people were done and the staff member was very helpful. The waffles were Excellent!!!
