The INN at Gig Harbor

Front desk staff were great. We were able to store our ebikes safely. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was fine.

The room was perfect for a family of four. We had an easy check in. Everyone loved the breakfast. A great place to stay.

The property seemed a bit old and tired , and in need of updating. The rooms were very dark and dingy.

Clean and tidy room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Happy to have been there.

Staff was rude and the breakfast is terible.

Nice looking hotel, convenient location and spotlessly clean. Our room and bathroom were a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was also great - hot and cold food on offer with great service. Thoroughly recommend this Inn

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. I consider that willingness to assist a striking example of first class guest service.

The headboards had hand prints and whatever else on them. My guess is it wasn't wipes clean when he room was serviced. I laid away from the headboard as to not touch the area. I liked that breakfast was not just waffles, but you could also make pancakes. The orang juice was sour but I only had pancakes and orange tasted the orange juice. Overall decent location. I do not recommend the carwash at the end of the parking lot. It waste waste of money. convenient location to Starbucks, Freddie's and he highway all just 2 minutes away.

What stood out the most was how friendly the staff was, especially the front desk people.

Lovely clean room, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I'm disabled and when I called to see if elevators would be accessible, I was told "yes". Upon arrival we found the elevator to be down for maintenance our whole time there and their pool was also down, which I had checked on in advance as well. This made our medical trip extremely taxing trying to get medical equipment up 3 flights of stairs. We weren't offered any other accommodations or services, just apologies.
