No clean towels in the room.

Clean, great staff and convenient location

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and decent. I would consider staying there again in the future.

Air conditioning was fine, but a little loud.

no swimming pool, hot tub, no breakfast although there was advertising of hot breakfast.

Area was quiet. And staff were quick with check in.

They insisted on a card for incidentals took too long to resolve with multiple phone calls. No pots or pans or even service ware in the kitchenette, thin mattress and tiny pillows.

The staff were pleasant and it was a clean and convenient place to stay... except the walls are paper thin...I will bring earplugs next time and it will be perfect...

The room was clean the only thing is I went to go wash my face and I pulled a big black hair that was in- bedded in the wash cloth yuck

Clean rooms, had nice big countertop and kitchen sink.

Clean room, friendly staff

This was a nice day. I stayed for one night. I didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but I would return to check them out. The reason I give it just an OK rating is the room had a smell and about 5 o’clock in the morning when everybody was starting to check out, it was very loud my door to my room allowed for tons of sound to come through so I was up at 5 AM with everybody else when I planned on sleeping in, they need to reassess the doors and maybe some soundproofing because I heard every luggage run by. I heard every elevator come up. I had every door closed. That is the only problem had otherwise things were good.

This location did not have the usual amenities such as bottled waters, a pool, hair dryer, or breakfast. Great location if flying in or out of Mesa Gateway airport. Air conditioning did not work properly. I had to wake up 3 times to turn it down. Room was well kept and spotless!

Clean room. Smelled new. Bed was fairly comfortable. The only supplies in the room were a little bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap so bring what you need.

Room smelled of old food, noise from upstairs room was unbearable, 1 bar of soap not enouph, no kleenex, beds on stilts very uncomfortable.

Rooms come with very little. No hairdryer even available. When I called the front desk to ask about it as I was getting into the shower, they told me they would look and see if they could find one and then made me come get it. I was a little surprised by this. There was nothing in the room as far as a coffee maker or water. There was one tiny bar of soap, and a very small container of shampoo that wasn’t even enough for one wash. Everything else was to be paid for out-of-pocket, including clean towels.
