Woodspring Suites Gilbert - Mesa Gateway Airport

My door didn't lock and had to switch rooms and the towels were dirty.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff was uptight!

They trespassed me because I brought a girl to my room. It was not a prostitution situation. What I do in my room is my business. Stay away from this place.

We had a very loud neighbor upstairs banging on the floor until 5 am, called the front desk about it twice in the night and nothing changed. We were also charged more for our dogs than advertised on the Expedia page. There were no handicapped enabled doors to get in or out of the building. Will never stay at another one of these hotels anywhere.

The king bed was very nice and comfortable. Room was spacious.

Nice clean room comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. The little kitchenette was added bonus. I would recommend.

Staff was was ignorant and rude but the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. 5 out of 5 for hotel but service 1 out of 5

Front desk was not very welcoming or helpful. There are little to no amenities and bring your own shampoo/toiletries.
