The property is extremely well maintained, all staff in all departments very helpful. The Harbor Lights restaurant is wonderful. Great food more than reasonable prices. Many activities. Wonderful attractions and restaurants in the area. Lots to do.
-
My only complaint was that the pool was out of order
-
Convenient restaurant on site with very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, but it would have been nice to have the balcony swept of cobwebs.
-
We had a beautiful view and the rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was out of order unfortunately. It would be nice if there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. But overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be staying again!
-
The cottage was dirty. Hair in bathroom sink, dirty toilet, dead bugs all over, very little plates, etc, only 2 forks. 1 small coffee cup, tv keep going in and out. Wish I stayed somewhere else.
-
Even though we had minor problems it was good trip and would come back again
-
Loved it!!

Location

First night there the tv didn't work and they gave us another room. The only thing is the beds are to small. There also isn't a mini fridge or microwave in the room. Other than that it was a great experience.
-
Food in the restaurant was very good for the price paid. Room was clean and well stocked. Didn't utilize the other offerings as we were just passing through.
-
Nice place to stay in a great location. Hopefully this resort will be getting an update once the Barkley lake state resort is finished
-
The breakfast buffet was very good.

Rooms are clean but needs updated. Just adding a mini fridge and maybe a small microwave would make a big difference for people staying at the resort.property up keep could also be improved. They have a beautiful patio but you couldn't enjoy it much cause all the down branches. I know storms had passed through a few days before but this would have taken someone a hour max to pick up and blow off.

We always come there for the balcony, the buffets. And the swimming pool has the lift chair that lets my husband get in and out of the pool. The staff in dining room are wonderful.
-
The room was very clean and private, the view was great and the staff was super friendly. The food was very good too. As a Kentuckian with out of state family visiting, I was proud of the Kentucky staff and facilities. Thank you.

The other issue is cleaning staff needs to check drawers, because we found someone’s underwear in there.
