The sleeping area and bathroom were cleans and the beds were comfortable. Make sure you follow up with front desk if you didn't book direct. They contacted me via email and said my reservation was missing contact information. I wasn't charged for the room until I gave it which gave me the impression if I went directly to the place with my on

We forgot a speaker that we had hidden from our adult children during quiet time and the staff called almost immediately after we left. Brendon (I hope I am spelling it correctly) was fantastic from start to finish. You can tell he actually cares about the place and their Visitors. Cheers! We will be back!! Tennille and Kevin

There’s a beautiful patio overlooking the lake, and a little covered pavilion with chairs and tables to the left, visible from the parking lot. Prior to checking in, I went out to the pavilion, took a seat, and was blown away by the show. However, the hotel is not staffed after hours, at least not in August. And after-hours starts at 8pm. So the outgoing manager came out to the pavilion and inquired about whether I was her last patron for the night before she departed, as she was expecting one more. We went inside, she upgraded me to an outstanding room for the same price overlooking the lake…probably one of their best rooms, even AFTER I spilled my soda all over her desk, and she didn’t skip a beat. Beautiful place. Couple apparently bought it a few years ago and is doing a real nice job. Facilities are very nice for an older hotel. They know what they are doing, and the facelift they gave the main structure and from grounds is impressive. Less than $200 for a million dollar view.

The property and rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We just stayed one night for a concert and it was perfect location to that. I definitely would recommend this and we will be going back.

The grounds of the property were beautiful w/gorgeous landscaping & firepits. Lots of games & well designed public space. Would have given 5stars if bed had been newer! Definitely need to replace our bed frame/mattress, but everything else about the room was nice.

Small room but only for 1 night.Beautiful indoor and outdoor space.Everything you needed was off the lobby.Micowave plastic silverware free coffee ect. Very helpful

We arrived early and were allowed an early check in which was very convenient. Also appreciated the good coffee available! Pretty views from the back area. The mattress was very hard.

I enjoyed the extra large space in our room, for one thing. The staff was always kind and helpful. And I really liked the cardless entry system!!

Decent view One bar of the smallest soap I’ve ever seen in my life. Bed squeaked like crazy

I found the bed too hard for my liking. I prefer a firm bed yet this felt hard. Suggest adding a place for two people to place travel bags off the floor. We appreciated coffee in the entryway Cafe rather than Keurig in the room, the touch sensitive lighting, and loved the contactless check in, easy parking for no additional fee, and the area was peaceful and very convenient to where we were going. Offsite food was not an issue for us, we found a new favorite restaurant by exploring a little bit!
