Room was very small and crowded. Had exceptional housekeeping the first day when we left a tip, second day we didn't leave a tip and we didn't even get coffee.

We stayed at the motel part of the village. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of our interactions with the staff were pleasant. It is a short and paved walk to the St Mary Glacier National Park visitor center. The only negative thing I can say is the exhaust fans in the bathrooms are on the noisy side.would definitely stay here again.

This was a very old property in much need of a deep clean and updated amenities. The positive side was that it was super close to the entrance. However, we should have explored other options. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

During our stay, I experienced a medical emergency in the middle of the night and had to be transported by ambulance to an emergency hospital about 45 minutes away. My wife went with me, and with no transportation available in the area, the hotel manager, Erin, personally came to pick us up and bring us back to the lodge. When we were preparing to check out, my condition suddenly worsened. I developed severe chills and was shaking violently, requiring another trip to the emergency room. After further evaluation, I had to be transferred to another hospital nearly two hours away for additional testing. Without hesitation, Erin volunteered to drive my truck to the second hospital because my wife was not comfortable driving it. Even more amazingly, despite it being late at night, she stayed with us at the hospital to make sure we were okay before returning to the lodge early the next morning. We are deeply grateful to Erin and the entire St. Mary’s Lodge team for going far beyond what anyone could expect. Their compassion, generosity, and genuine care during one of the most difficult experiences we’ve ever faced meant the world to us. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. We will never forget your kindness.

The room was as advertised. Nothing special, very basic, but satisfactory.
-
Good location to explore Many Glacier and two medicine area. All amenities, stores, dining etc all walkable and plenty of parking

Beautiful views of GNP. Great food at restaurants, but very expensive.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We wished there would have been more nights available that we could have stayed…. We only had 1 night that was available during our time at Glacier Park.

Room was nice, clean and fresh.
-
Clean rooms, decent food, safe surroundings, air conditioning in the motel section that we stayed at, however the walls are very thin!

Convenient location Old facility

Great location. Just minutes away from Glacier National Park.

The room also included a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle, which were very convenient. One of the highlights was the private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking a beautiful running stream, a perfect place to relax. Our room was on the third floor, and there was an elevator, making it easy to access. The reception desk was located at the back of a large gift shop, and there was also a grocery store on site, which was very handy. There were several restaurants within a short walk. We tried Sunrise Pizza and really enjoyed it. Overall, we had a wonderful two-night stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The only downside was that we felt the room rate was a little on the expensive side, but the comfort and location made for an enjoyable stay.

No cups in the room but there were coffee cups. The room was not in the main building but it another building across the street which was more like a motel 6. Parking right off the door and walls were thin. No breakfast included. Room was not worth what we paid.

Having a view of the mountains and a mountain stream only steps from the back porch was a nice surprise.
-
The motel is very expensive for what you get.

Very clean and great location Room is small. No patio or outdoor public place to relax watching the sunset.

It’s a single room, with bathroom. Very Clean room , comfy bed, but NOISY! The walls are really thin, so you hear your neighbors easily. You will hear showers running and toilets flushing. Just across the street from the main lodge, so easy to get meals, drinks, do some souvenir shopping. Super bonus: the Red Bus tour picks up at the lodge, and you can walk to the GNP gate. Parking is just outside your room, and you hear all traffic going by. Great location, especially if you are going into the park!!! Get a room in the lodge if possible.

We stayed at the motel. The room was small but cozy, cool, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable!
