We were only there for one night but it was everything I hoped for. It was clean and comfortable and nicely updated with contemporary finishes. I would highly recommend!

Dinner in the Terrace restaurant exceeded our expectations. Service was excellent.

The view. The very nice room. The beds were very comfortable.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant on site. Only bummer was noise from the halls. The door had a one inch gap at the bottom so you could hear everything in the halls. We stuffed pool towels at the bottom of the door to muffle sound.

Everything. I’ve been wanting to check the Terrace since the renovations, and it did not disappoint.

The view is amazing! Very peaceful. Great food.

Loved the balcony and view of Lake Michigan. The beds were comfortable. The Towers could use a few more handicap parking spaces and repainted stripping for better definition. It’s too late now, but the bathroom could use a second sink. The room could have used a second stuffed chair so two people can sit across from one another comfortably. Your reception area could have used some snacks like chips/nuts. Your bar area should open earlier for afternoon cocktails.

The view was amazing and all of the staff were very friendly. We had a most wonderful dinner in the hotel's restaurant. If ever back in the area, we would book another stay. There isn't anything we didn't like.

Good Location and the new tower is beautiful. The rest of the hotel needs updating especially the pool area, but from what we read and information in the room that is all in process. Check in was nothing to write about, the staff took our name, our payment and gave us the key. That was about that. We went to the pool area this morning before checkout to go into the Sauna but it had not been turned on and was cold in there. We turned it on and went to the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was tepid but not really warm. Plus the jets only stay on for maybe 10 minutes. Most jacuzzis the jets are on a time and usually for at least 30 minutes. We had to keep getting out of the jacuzzi to turn them on. After soaking in the jacuzzi and talking to a couple other guests in there we went to check on the sauna but it still had not heated up so we decided to just clean up and check out. It is a nice hotel for the area and if and when the need arises we will probably stay there again.

Large room with a comfortable king size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to places we wished to visit. Our waitress was terrific and the bartender had done such a great job I had to order another for my wife and I. We will try to stay longer next summer.

Only place I will ever stay in upper Michigan

Our rooms were great. The check-in desk is weirdly tucked away and on one end of the property, not centrally located. The pool and hot tub area are a bit dated. The pool is very dark. Beautiful view from our rooms’ balconies.

We had an awesome room and View of the Lake. We had a Patio to walk out if we wanted to. We had a smart TV for entertainment when we got back. Overall I rate this high 9s out of 10. Only downfall is when you are arriving, the service road needs a lot of work becareful not fall into one of the pot holes.
