Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kansas City North/Gladstone

Very disappointed with this Fairfield (and we have stayed at several). Thankfully we were only there for one night. Night desk clerk was very unfriendly and apologetic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We was able to check in super early .

Everything was great. The breakfast could be improved.

Cool hotel

Had such an amazing experience, I will be going back even though I live down the street from there. I just wanted to see how this hotel in Gladstone worked out and I think it will be there for years to come wonderful spot.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the hotel immensely, the breakfast was good and it was close to everything. The staff were cordial and professional. 10/10

Rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Fitness area was good. The pool was too small. Not enough outdoor patio furniture.

The property was great. The breakfast was very well put together, and the majority of the staff were excellent. The one odd thing was that no one came to clean our room during our three-night stay. After asking for clean towels, the front desk told us the rooms only get cleaned every other day.

All things were wonderful and front desk the morning manager was helpful and very kind.

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. The entire place was incredibly clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely stay here again!

Room and building were clean. Breakfast area was roomy - not congested. Good transportation access to Kansas City.
