We had a good stay at the Gladstone location and will return. It was clean, quiet and convenient. In the way of minor complaints, there was no shower gel in one of the rooms (Instead, there were two shampoos), and I missed the waffle maker on the first day because it's located across the room from the other breakfast items. A sign on the main side might help. Lastly, I took off a star because there was nighttime severe weather in the area during our stay, and I thought we should have received an alert/advice from the front desk. Overall, we recommend the hotel.

Nick at the reception was very helpful and went above and beyond to secure a late check out for us. Everyone at this hotel was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and clean rooms!

Have stayed there before and was very accommodating The price for the room was excessive. Had stayed there before for half what I paid today. Was in town for a medical procedure and had to stay overnight, when ask, no discount was given.

Breakfast was just OK. Need to start it at 6 AM and have a few more options.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly, and the bathroom was clean. Upon entry to the room, the AC was not on, and it was very hot on the top floor. The temp was 85 and the top floor was never cool during our entire stay, but the room was a great temperature after we turned the AC on.

Our family of 5 had a great day after a long day of road travel. The Reims were very clean and the beds were so comfy we all slept through the storm. Would stay here again.
