This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the space the room provided and having a full size kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is excellent

Property was very new the area around them was user construction so getting in and out was a little tricky but other than that it was excellent!!!!

I will say it has potential once construction is complete. I stayed 2 nights in a suite. Most staff were pleasant. I enjoyed the 2 that assisted me during check- in. I spoke with a different front desk rep twice during the second morning about random charges being charged all night and she was very rude and unaware, calling them all incidentals. There was a clicking noise coming from the bathroom light ALL NIGHT. The power in the bedroom area went out. Breakfast was good, gym was nice, pool area was hot. They need carpet under the dining tables in the rooms because you can hear the chairs sliding from everyone’s room all day.

Nice clean hotel

I had a great stay. It was nice and clean and very quiet. There were nearby restaurants making it very convenient after a long day at Kings Dominion.

Brand new hotel. Very short staffed as of July 31 because it's new. Clean, great staff. Breakfasts were not as good as other hotels. Free parking.

Check in was horrible, my family had to wait around for specific bonvoy patrons that weren't even there to check-in prior to me being allowed to check-in. They're were 11 rooms ready and the desk clerk basically told me to screw my family checking in until Marriott Bonvoy guest arrived that weren't even there as of yet . If everyone has reservations what difference does it matter who checks in and when.. the service desk host was very brief and did not even explain the hotel brand, she act as if she did not want to even be there.

The rooms were nice and spacious and very clean!

Everything about our stay at this hotel was simply excellent!

We had to change rooms twice due to both being unclean.

Although the hotel is still getting itself together, The staff made sure me and my partners stay was great throughout.

The property itself seem to be very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Then upon check-in to the hotel. They were unable to issue room keys, because the system was down. So if we left, we would have to go back to the front desk. The guy and older lady that was on duty at night shift. Told me, that I could park around back and they would let me in since we did not have a keys to enter the building. After we parked, I had to call back in the building to even be let back in, because they forgot and we were outside knocking. Once we got in the room. I discovered that the kitchenette was dirty. The microwave look like someone warmed up something with sauce and was splattered. The rotating glass was also dirty like some spilled on it. In the refrigerator shelves and door had crumbs in it. Also, when I looked under the kitchen cabinet for the trash can. There was dirt from the trash can underneath there. I informed the front desk when I went back upfront to see if we could finally get keys. So that we could go and come freely. By the time we checked out. No keys were made. I asked to speak to a manager at check out. To show pictures and speak about inconvenience. Staff told me none was available and someone would call me by 3pm. Never received a call. Hotel is newly built and too nice of a place to be represented like this!
