The location was beautiful, area clean and staff friendly For the price,the rooms are not very comfy anymore. They replaced furniture with IKEA style table and chairs so all you really need have to sit in in the room is the bed.Bed is minimally comfortable, was glad to have multiple pillows to support back etc. on top of the cost of the room they also charge you 35.00 a day for resort amenities… other then a pool and very limited work out/ hot tub and sauna, not sure what I was being charged for.

I feel the photos that advertise this place are misleading. I thought I read this place was oceanside but it's not even on the same side of the highway as the ocean. I must have misread it. I sat in a hot tub but I don't recall windows in that room. I did like the covered walkways to the main lobby. I liked the convenient parking. My room had a fireplace and a tower fan. There was no AC which was OK in September but the room gets quite stuffy after a shower. There is a door that opens up to the patio, but there is no screen door so I didn't want to have it open in case of critter invasion. The room was quiet and also had coffee, tea, and a wine corkscrew which was nice. This property is about 10-15 minute drive to Lincoln City.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and maintained well. At first glance, the room looked amazing, but the bathroom was not nearly as clean as it could have been. The toilet seat was not very clean, the caulking was poorly and dirty underneath, but the rest of the room was clean. There was a screaming child that woke me up at 8am. The mother was also yelling at her child and doors were being slammed, repeatedly. I did mention it to a girl at the front desk and to a guy at the front desk on my way out. The room wasn't outrageously priced, but I did pay a decent amount, and I don't stay at places like that to hear children screaming like that. Honestly, the staff should have given me a discount or offered me a spa service or something. I stayed at an SCP hotel in Albion and my experience was amazing from beginning to end! Not sure what happened at this location. I also have coffee and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. My lavender latte was great but the food was mediocre. Not what I expected from this hotel restaurant. At least, the wait staff was friendly and the outdoor seating areas were beautiful! Attention to detail and customer service definitely need to improve overall.

Looking for a place to completely unwind from stress. This is your place of serenity. In the woods, nature oriented, very relaxed and absolute delight. 5 out of 5 for everything. It was wonderful. Myself and my girlfriend had a wonderful time

We had the most amazing time at the Salishan. The property is beautiful and there are so many things to make use of!

Nice comfortable room. Enjoyed nature trail to beach. Food and service at Provisions was terrible. Need to have a good restaurant on site. Needs major work to exteriors, roofs, windows and porches.

Stayed here several times and always enjoyed the property. Some updates, new operations for the restaurant, order from counter and order is brought to your table. Food was very good. The Attic had some enjoyable appetizers and cocktails.the golf course disappointing mainly because they charged us over 150$ each for 9 holes as 75 year old seniors while they promoted on the counter a $70 per person rate week days for 9 holes but we were not allowed that rate. Golf course was in good shape. Just wish they had given us more consideration especially since the person checking in in front of me was charged $30 per person

Quaint with plenty to do! We had a spacious room with nice amenities like tea, coffee, and fireplace. Staff were nice. Beautiful coastal stay.

Scenery was amazing. Walls are paper thin, every step that was taken we could hear, “everything” that was done in the room beside us we could hear, very little privacy. The sheets and comforter smelled like chemicals, the comforter was stiff and uncomfortable. The coffee was incredibly hard to figure out and tasted terrible. The room stayed a bit too warm.

My only advice would be to try and get a room away from the main highway, which runs along the front end of the property and creates a fair amount of traffic noise.

Beautiful grounds in the trees feel like your staying in nature oh yeah you are. Fiepits with comfy chairs. Beautiful flowers all around.Has almost everything you need all in one place. Restaurant,pool,jacuzzi,sauna, coffee shop,walking trails. It really was spectacular. Highly recommend.

Location There have been surface improvements but many of the buildings look like they could use some loving care. Clean on the surface but details need attention. Such as out door deck not cleaned of debris from trees. Beds need replacing very uncomfortable and worn mattresses.
