I asked for a handicap room with access to low shower but got regular room on 1st floor I felt unsafe getting I felt unsafe getting in and out of the tub otherwise clean and comfortable

Just the baseboards at the bathroom floors are not finished. Stain in carpet when you walk into -106. Why not clean that up?

Dirty. Shower looked like it was just showered in. Humidifier was full. A hotel should not need a humidifier, fix your facilities. I got up from bed and my clothes were damp. That’s disgusting.

management, staff? use the hotel for the own personal visiting location. they are disruptive but they are also not friendly nor do they try to stay away from high triffic areas. I would have liked fresh towels. good thing I brought my own just in case.

I stay here every time I am in town. (The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Debris on floor in bathroom and entry door way. Shower curtain was dirty on bottom and black substance on top wear rod is inserted.) those were the only issues. Still one of my favorite stays in Gloucester

My biggest issue was the bathtub was so slippery. It should’ve had a bathmat. I did go down the next day and speak to them and they said oh we have bath mats but you have to ask for them because people were taking them. So there should be a sign or something because those tubs are a disaster waiting to happen.

The staff that ran the breakfast were so nice and so helpful. I missed breakfast by 10 minutes and needed milk so she brought me some even though the “kitchen” area was closed.

It was ok I didn’t like the fact that I said I wanted to pay at property instead they carded my car. Then they put me in a handicap room. The furniture is nasty and stained in the room and lobby. The room was muggy, the electric socket by the bed didn’t work. I would never stay there again.
