Very kind staff, I was surprised to see ther was a hot tub and a heated pool!

We love this hotel. We have been staying here every summer for the last 5 years. The property is great, the pool and hot tub are clean and the fire pit is beautiful. The people in the office are so friendly and helpful.

Staff was exceptional. Room was clean & comfortable. The only slight issue we had was our room was one of 2 located on the back side & we had to park in restaurant parking lot, which was very busy.

Cassandra is an exceptional staff member. Her charm and professionalism are remarkable. I also appreciated the facility; it has everything you could possibly need. The location is very convenient for outings, whether you're heading to Santa village with the kids or going hiking in the mountains. I plan to return to this place soon.

Great little place in the middle of Gorham. Nice clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything close by from restaurants to stores and entertainment. The only down side looks like half of the town and a good amount of guests driving ATVs and it is causing some noise all the time.

We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit and the games out on the lawn. Was a nice lowkey place. The hotel was quiet but 10 which was nice with young children.

I liked the free Tesla charger (though a little slow, still convenient). The pool/hot tub was great. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk super friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is well maintained, spotless, and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Gorham. Highly recommend!

The room worked well for our family of four. You could tell they took the time to upgrade things like the bathroom and furniture. The staff was very helpful when we needed new sheets and towels. The pool was easy to access and safe for our 11 and 8 year olds. They had pool noodles we could use which was nice. The parking was nice and easy too.

I parked a few feet from my door and was able to easily move bags into my room. Other guests were considerate and friendly and the staff was very efficient.

Nice clean room, looks like fairly recent addition to motel. Pool & hot tub were great, and staff very helpful.
