Everyone was so friendly and everything about this hotel was perfect! We wouldn’t have changed anything.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and all of the staff was friendly. Could only get a room facing the parking lot. Pet fee was steep.

Our stay was fine…we were in handicap room and the water from the shower got everywhere in the bathroom. Also, there were 3 huge Yellowjacket nests on the side of the building nearest the pool, so the pool was overtaken by yellowjackets. We killed over 20 while we were out there.

The lid to the middle steam tray needs to be tightened so it doesn't plop down after 3 seconds.

Bugs everywhere. AC not working well. Room was hot and disgusting. 3 inch gap under door.

There was some beeping noise from the employee tracking thing between our beds that drove me insane all night. The door was not sealed well and looked like it had been kicked in before so we heard more of the hall traffic than normal at a hotel. Staff was friendly
