Hot tubs and pool Restaurants and bars. I was told that there were two of each, reality is they have two bars that serve bar food.(they were closed for the season) also not informed of that.

Location, staff, rooms and everything were above an beyond expectations Everything was great
-
It seemed a little run down.

The reception was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Close to the elevators so I dont get lost Beds were very uncomfortable. Stove was dirty and some dishes were also. Room smelled of strong cologne as if someone was just in there. Batteries to an alarm was going off then someone switched them out but still kept beeping until I pushed a button

Great location with a short drive to Granby. Staff is always kind. There are lots of comfortable pillows and blankets. Coffee maker, Microwave, and mini fridge available for use making it a great spot to stay for long or short periods of time. Also great spa and fitness center.

More amenities than one can expect from an inn, especially the pools. The place is a little old.

There were lots of amenities. Pool, hot tub, arcade on site restaurant/bar. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating when we had a request for more bedding. Our room was disgusting. The furniture was so old and worn down. There was an awful smell in the room like cat pee. I’m not sure if our unit was previously a long-term rental, but you can tell that there was a cat and litter boxes in there for a long time. My husband and son are both allergic and both of them were miserable stay in the unit. Walls and floors are so thin, you can hear everyone in the hall and above you. At 6:30a I called to ask for a late check out and I was told that’s up to the head house keeper and you’ll need to text to put your name on a list and when she comes in around 8a she’ll be able to let you know. That made it impossible to plan around with what we had going on so we just had to pack up and leave since we wouldn’t be able to wait till 8a. There was no where to sit at the pool if you were not in the pool, no tables or chairs. So if your kids are swimming and you’re not, be prepared to awkwardly stand right outside of the locker rooms. The arcade was so old and run down. I don’t think there was a single game that was purchased after 2000. Most machines didn’t work well and the change machines didn’t work (I know that this is a separate company that is providing the arcade but since it’s in the hotel they should know it’s not a great representation)

The location was fine. We just wanted a nice little get away for our anniversary, a home base while we hit a few area attractions. Nice having the grocery store right across the street. It wasn't unclean, but looked run down. Not a lot of safety features around entrances to pool and hot tubs. No obvious way to start the hot tubs. Pool was quite dirty. Can't do much about the patrons, but there was a decided lack of manners which didn't help things. Fridge was unplugged, which might be expected off-season, but either should have been plugged in ahead of our arrival or we should have been given notice. Window screen was bent so couldn't provide "Rocky Mountain AC." Connections to TV console were touchy so you had to move it to JUST the right spot so it would work. TV in weird location, not centered on bed. Bathroom caulking in bad shape. One cabinet door was cracked. Needed more cups to use between then bathroom and coffee maker. Parking lot in REALLY bad shape, I suspect because of winter conditions, but still...

The location of The Inn at Silvercreek is great as it is in a central location to the base of Granby, the grocery store is around the corner, and it is also close to the bordering towns. The room itself serves its purpose and while it is outdated, I felt it had most of the things I needed. The property is big, so there are many areas to relax and walk around. We also enjoyed the patio. The price point seems mostly fair for what you get. Within our room, the light above the dining table did not work so our room often felt pretty dark and moody. Along with this, the toaster sparked multiple times when I tried to use it and ended up burning my bagel so badly I couldn't use it. The toaster not working properly was a disappointment as one of the reasons I booked the room I did was for the kitchen. The rooms are connected by a door, which I imagine can be great if you are traveling with a large group, but the guests on the other side of us were not respective of quiet hours from 10AM-8AM and my sleep was disrupted both nights I stayed on the property. I was in town for a race so it was important to me I was able to sleep well. I tried to call the front desk the second night and see if they could assist with talking to the other guests and asking them to quiet down but it seemed like they did not do that. There was noise disturbance until 12:30AM. This was extremely disappointing.

The gentleman at front desk was very kind, professional and knowledgeable Jack hammer on the road.

Pool and hot tubs

All the appliances worked in our room. I definitely liked the price of the room, so I can forgive the rooms not being updated. I love that this is a fairly large property, so it does not feel crowded. The indoor hot tubs were not so great, they were cold one night. The pickle ball area is rough and needs cleaned.

Good location and a good stay. Outdoor hot tubs and pool are great. Needs a little love but great rooms.
