No tvs, no air conditioning, ice machine only in one building of many, hot in the lobbies. Store closed too early for travelers. All amenities were basically non existent after 7pm.
-
Great facility for families with kids of all ages. Lots of activities to keep them engaged. Reasonably priced food in the dining hall and kids under 6 eat free. Some of the lodges are a little out-dated but very reasonable for the price. A great value.

We evidently stayed at wrong time, shared a whole building with 13 yr old girls from a camp who never shut up and didn’t know what quiet time meant. Everything that was advertised was closed and even closed earlier than posted. Was the worst sleeping experience of my life.. we didn’t even stay the 2nd day and didn’t bother to go get my money back. I gladly paid 300 more dollars to stay somewhere else next night.
-
Several of the activities that were advertised were unavailable.
-
Only drawback was the room didn’t have A/C. It didn’t bother me, but did my son.
-
It’s ok place. It’s have a lot of thing to do there.

Love all the activities offered and the special events. Family enjoyed the free night tubing event going on. Very convenient stay before son went to overnight camp. The lodge was clean but a bit dated., but fine for our needs.
-
Our stay was amazing. So many fun activities to do and so little time. Our family will definitely go back again in the future!
-
Clean place with stuff for family hangouts; for example putt putt golf
-
Our stay was great, so many things to do. Biking, hiking, swimming, to all the beautiful areas to see!
-
Our room was in a lodge and was clean and comfy...the only downside is there is that there is no AC, and it was really hot during our stay. Luckily things cooled down by bedtime. We brought most of our own food, so didn't eat meals at the dining center, but did enjoy soft-serve ice cream every afternoon at the grill near the office.
-
Food was bland and not very appealing at the buffet… would not recommend eating there… go into Fraser or Granby instead.
-
We had a great time and cant wait to return. There is so much to do and see. Great for anyone!!!!!
-
SMR is amazing! I loved every day I was there - there is so much to do for all ages including children. I had a fantastic trip.

Mediocre breakfast, badly served. We ate one day at the Buckboard Grill. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a bagel sandwich. The burrito came out 15 minutes before the bagel. The cheese on the bagel was not melted and the bagel itself seemed stale. Even teenaged servers in a fast-food cafe should be instructed to serve the table at the same time, or at least close. Overall, we did not feel like staff were engaged with their jobs.
-
