StayInn - Grand Forks

Very good

The Inn itself is ageing and is a work in progress. The roof was being replaced when we arrived. The room had a broken ceiling fan that they quickly fixed. It lacked coffee making amenities, but they did say we could come over to the main building and get coffee at any time. It had a full sized fridge and a microwave which was convenient. We did not make use of the breakfast that was available to us so we can’t comment on that. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us for anything we asked for. And for the price, it was fine. Can’t really complain. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. All in all we appreciated the stay.

It's a great value for the price. They do their best. The room is clean and the Continental breakfast is decent for the price and value. Again for the price, it's a good value.

Quick to freeway. People congregating outside motel. Keeping a copy of my driver's license.

The property and room were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was lack of breakfast options.

The big tv and large fridge in your room My room stunk like bleach the entire time, couldn’t breath properly and sleep because of this strong odour. I addressed problems with management and they did nothing to correct

I got 5 bed bug bites. Bed covered in hair.

Skipped breakfast. Location not bad Hall and room smelled of paint. The air conditioner has a space above it that you can see outside. There was no coffee maker, drink glasses, phone or chair. The hallway door opened against our room door. In the morning the smell of tar was very strong. The WiFi was very poor.

I am not sure if all rooms have an apartment sized fridge, but mine did which I really appreciated!

The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Assisted when I had to book an extra two nights. Overall very nice

Location Bed not made, smelled really bad in hallway and room
