Everything the beds, to the staff, to the cleanliness were great!

And when I checked out William took care of my needs and even drove me to the airport and if he would not have done what he should not have done and decided to do it anyways to service my needs, I would not have made my flight for it took me forever to get through security before I had a ton of chocolate for them to go through in security at the airport. So William thank you for going out of your box and doing whatever it took for a guest You should be rewarded for excellent service. Tell your driver to show up a little early that way your guest don’t have the anxiety of not making a flight that leaves once a day from Grand Forks. Everything was excellent and if I ever come back to Grand Forks again, I will definitely stay with you again thank you again for everything you did during my day

The Olive Ann was hands down one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at! We had the most incredible room—it was HUGE, absolutely beautiful, with three beds and TWO bathrooms. It honestly felt more like a gorgeous luxury apartment than a hotel room. Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, the restaurant KICKED ASS, the food was fantastic, and the staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience feel special. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, and The Olive Ann truly stood out. Beautiful property, an unbelievable room, amazing food, and wonderful staff. There wasn’t one thing I would change. Five stars all the way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m 72 years old and it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The service was amazing. The staff was off the charts and I would highly recommend the restaurant and the bar. I cannot believe there’s a quality hotel at this level in Grand Forks. Never stay anywhere else.

This is by far my favorite hotel! Super clean, quiet and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend not for families but for couples business or girls night out.

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful, clean, huge rooms. Great area and lovely staff.

A lovely property. The reason for the less than stellar review was the poor night spent on the pull out sofa. The coil mattress was a poor choice. A Temperpedic overlay mattress would have solved the problem. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Everything else exceeded our expectations.
