This is a boutique property right in town. It is close to restaurants, has its own "coffee bar" and restaurant, both of which are good. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the bikes and the gym and had a lovely cocktail in the lobby each day. Thank you.

A beautiful, well kept hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Our waitress was very pleasant and friendly.

Highly recommended! Room super clean, valet parking, super friendly staff and just overall 10/10!

It’s a beautifully renovated hotel that thinks of everything - gorgeous high-ceilinged spacious room with turn down service. The heated patios for gathering were fantastic. The price is quite high for Grand Forks ND!

This is just the only hotel to stay in when visiting Grand Forks--I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. It's beautiful, comfortable, great location, and the staff are wonderful.

Quiet, wonderful accommodations, great coffee shop and restaurant on premises. Will definitely stay here again. Pillows on the bed are way to fluffy, but everything else was 10/10.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful in every way for all aspects of a stay that you want. My only complaint really is that the rooms were noisy for different reasons we had to change our room at first. The first night the air conditioner was making a lot of vibrating sounds we recorded it and let the front staff hear it. They were so immediate and rectifying the issue and moving her. We also had people above us that first night that were making lots of noise during the middle of the night so perhaps not as soundproof as we would like it to be. When we changed rooms to the second night the air unit was a little different and it's designed for that room and so the register was really making a lot of noise . Every time you kick in it was very noisy. Again people next to us opening slamming doors in the middle of the night. But that part of it isn't something the hotel can really control so we understand. This was still the only issue we had a restful sleep because of the quality of the furniture in the beds in these rooms. There's such meticulous detail and how all the rooms are furnished and finished it is really upscale very fancy. They even offer Valley service for free as part of your state. I'm definitely coming back to this place.

Gorgeous. Widmans Chippers for turndown! Coffeehouse in the lobby. Everyone was friendly. There was no way to turn the bathroom fan off that I could find so ended up closing the door. Lots of little LEDs to cover if you are light sensitive for sleep.

Parking very easy

The hotel was awesome, the staff was awesome, the location was awesome, the restaurant was awesome and the rooms were awesome.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was high end luxurious. The rooms were large, clean and very well appointed. The location was safe and convenient.

Plus side was valet parking was free and they let us check in early. Stay was okay but for the price there are better options
