Super 8 by Wyndham Grand Prairie North

Its a 2 story hotel without an elevator. My room was upstairs. The staff moved us downstairs, which was nice. As we walked passed the lobby there was an awful smell. We stayed there 2 days, & the smell was there for both days. The carpet in the hallway is outdated. A green and brown carpet. When we walked into our room, it had a mildew odor. Like if they had a water leak previously. Location was good. Other than that, our stay was ok.

Staff was welcoming and helpful! Quick check in and out. The property is older and was recently painted inside i think... The beds were clean and very comfortable; however, the hallways and floors need cleaned. It seemed humid and musky with slight odor, but room was clean overall. Wee just needed a clean safe place to stay overnight so it was worth the clean comfortable bed!

At first I was skeptical about staying overnight and then when I checked in and went to check my room out, I was very pleased and the price was very affordable for a one night.All these years being working out in this area I had never stayed here before due to my job out here and late hours.I will be booking a room again and it was so peaceful and the Parking was great.

Overall a good experience, while the hotel is a little outdated, the room was clean, breakfast options were good and staff was extremely friendly.

The room was clean enough. There was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was poor. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room well enough for the TX heat.

I asked them for sheets without holes in them. He explained to me that these are the sheets for the room. I asked twice. The chairs in the room were so dirty it will blow your mind. The A/C would not decrease in temperature. Th front desk didn’t even tell us the phone to call the front desk wasn’t working. Television will not have what you are talking expecting at minimum. I promise you I am not lying. Do not book a room here.

The hotel is a lot older and lacks an elevator so definitely not great for people who need accommodations. That being said, the staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre, the bagels were kinda stale and the orange juice didn’t taste like orange juice but not a deal breaker for me. Would come back and stay again.

The place was a clean and quiet. The staff, they are very friendly and helpful . If you are a solo travel , just have to be careful that the door completely shuts and latches because there was a few situations where I had to slam the door or play with the door for it to latch all the way.

The front desk clerk was rude and not very service friendly.
