The room was clean and the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

One of the better hotels ive been too. Very clean very professional 👌. 10 out 10 highly recommend. Morning free Breakfast area was well maintained and fresh. Pool and hot tub area were very nice also

We had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Grand Rapids. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was better than average, with a nice variety of options. The rate was very reasonable, and the location is convenient to a wide range of local attractions and sights. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful hotel, featuring a nice pool area, arcade, lounge, and breakfast. It also was centerally located to museums and the hospital which was convenient for our family.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property and our room were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. We recommend this hotel! I have no complaints at all.

It was centrally located with easy access off and on to the highway. It had a nice pool and hot tub. It also had a very large breakfast area with a nice variety of breakfast items - hot or cold. There was always cold water and coffee service available 24/7. The cookies at the front desk were definitely an added bonus. The lower level had a display dedicated to the military.

All the workers we came across were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and had a decent breakfast.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location!

The breakfast room was very well done. The tables clean and available. The layout of the facility as good. The food flavor was just so-so. Eatable for sure, but nothing special. I’d have preferred to eat at a nice breakfast cafe but alas when one has a pre-paid for “free” breakfast at the hotel it’s hard to pass up. But sadly that situation reduced my overall pleasure in the trip.

Excellent suite for traveling with 2 7-yr boys

The indoor pool was warm, the location is great (about 8 minutes down the road to a nice playground, Meijer, Aldi, etc.), and everything was clean. The breakfast area was spacious, with simple foods, but many options.

Country Inn offers several amenities, understanding staff, and a great location for a very reasonable price. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities are clean and the breakfast is generous. Will plan to be back here in the future.
