I stay at this hotel every time I visit my daughter at college in Grand Rapids. It’s priced well and super nice

Nice clean room.

Additionally, they have no quarters for laundry that only accepts quarters.

Every thing was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Maddie at desk was great also. Good location too.

Breakfast buffet and dining area was a very tight area which makes it hard for people with little kids. Near the end of the breakfast time, they ran out of a lot of things also.

Staff was so friendly and the property was very clean and new feeling! N/A

I like that my stay was near everything. Very convenient.

Cons: shower… it feels worse especially everything else in room is in good condition. So if weak shower won’t be problem for you, this place is for you! Breakfast… in general it’s good though they need more staffs and space to serve well for the number of guests staying there

The rooms was not clean Location

The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were even better!

Very comfortable room, well maintained property, friendly staff, but the price was pretty pricey. The breakfast area was packed and out of a lot of items. The breakfast staff definitely needed to be paying better attention.

The breakfast is a joke. We stayed two nights. Hardly anything to eat. Good looked like it had been there for a while. Way below Hilton standard.

The pillows and bed were our only issue. Everything else was 5 stars.

Stayed in a Queen Suite to accommodate three travelers. The room was great. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the kitchen amenities including the coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was also appreciated, as was the big countertop. I checked out the free breakfast which is only till 9am on weekdays. Wish that had been till at least 9:30am since we were on a personal trip, not for business. Breakfast was very basic although there was a fresh waffle machine. Since we were not hungry yet, we decided to skip eating in the hotel in favor of a local restaurant, but I think you could find something in their lineup to hold you over till lunch. But don't expect too much. The hotel was quiet and parking is free. We did not use any other amenity, so I can't help there. Overall 4 stars but I could be convinced of a slightly higher rating if I restrict myself to thinking of hotels in this tier. It was a reasonable cost for the location.

Space in the rooms, kitchenette area, and location to many things.

Tremendously kind and helpful team of employees! We were treated with respect and courtesy every step of the way. Special shout out to Hailey, Emma, and ALL the housekeeping staff!!! Went above and beyond, while under stressful circumstances- way to overcome and make sure all guests were as comfortable as possible. Y’all rock!!
