Last minute booking was just what we needed. Great room with a good price.

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-located, close to a number of attractions. We really liked it. The only thing that lowered our rating was the very poor quality of the pillows. Poor quality of pillows

Very clean welcoming entry with beautiful flowers. Also a nice lounge area outside with fire pit.

The whole place looked shiny and new. Breakfast could have been better but was still ok.

Everybody was great as far as staff goes. We were a big group. One party was bumped because you guys over booked. That was not good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed must need a new mattress. Both of us were stiff and sore in the morning. The breakfast was not supplied properly. There was no coffee. The eggs and ham were ice cold because they were not using a warming unit. ran out of forks and clean plates. The hot water was cold. The kitchen staff did not speak english and the desk clerk didn't seem to have much interest in helping out in that area. Never did get a cup of coffee. Ended up getting one elsewhere.

The bed was very very low with a very old saggy mattress. This was a disabled accessible room. This bed was so low that I , as a disabled person, couldn't get out of it. I had to call for help to get out of the bed.
