Nice sized suite. Close to everything we needed and more. Great gal at front desk. Lack of any fruit at breakfast

Room was clean and a good size. Very convenient to Meijer Gardens. Lots of storage, nice kitchenette. Breakfast was quite limited and they didn't even have coffee or hot water. It seems their machine must have been broken. Not a good way to start our morning.

Everything was so clean & quiet. Staff were all so friendly. I would stay here again for sure! My only complain would be that the breakfast had a hard time keeping up with the demand. They ran out of clean plates & coffee both morning we were there.

It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date and they did not do it with the hotel. The hotel canceled that reservation and gave us a different room and charge $189. It should be illegal for third parties to be able to steal your reservation from the website that you are using for a specific hotel. If I would’ve wanted to book through Expedia, I would’ve booked through Expedia.

Clean room, nice place, friendly helpful staff. Would be excellent but low bed, low water pressure and only warm water in shower.

The location was great. The price was good for a one bedroom They seemed short on staff. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. The breakfast did not have a lot of offerings. We were charged twice for our stay and the property did not refund our erroneous charge. We had to get booking.com to contact them. We are still waiting on the refund.

Great spot for the price, free breakfast and parking. We travel to GR often and usually stay downtown. We were in town for doctor appointments with the kids and this place was perfect for what we needed. Kids loved the breakfast. Will stay again.

Great space I loved it Nothing

Very large and comfortable room. Easy access to major highways. Close to the Meijer Gardens and close to a shopping complex with an IMAX theater
-
Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Newish property with good electronics. Large room and good value. Breakfast was meh.

I was very impressed with the value of our room, I thought oh cheaper room must not be the greatest; I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was very accommodating, had a full-size fridge which came in handy since we were having a picnic at the zoo, room for everyone one sleep comfortably, dishwasher, tv was good with decent options. I would definitely book a room again at this location if in the area, will probably search for this property in other cities when traveling. There was a cannabis shop right next door, which I am not opposed to just not something I would have expected in such plain site of the hotel. The shower was slippery, should have some kind of gripper on the bottom, both of my smaller children slipped and fell in the shower, thank goodness neither was hurt.
