Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids South by IHG

The property was clean and spacious. Staff was awesome went above and beyond for my family. They don’t serve breakfast till 7:30 am. I’m an early riser.

Omgosh this was the best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at. Clean , friendly, love the breakfast . The coffee was great not the watered down stuff you usually get from a hotel. Price was very reasonable

Room was exceptional! Staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Spacious room, friendly staff Few things broken in the room and frig wasnt cleaned out

Exceptional

nice rooms, clean and tidy.

was vaping or something like that. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

Exceptional

The breakfast and dinner was good. They had dinner Monday through Wednesday which I never had a t any hotel. Staff Zabeba and another front desk stag were great all week, night and day. I wanted to stay longer but we had to return home

Great stay

Water pressure or lack of in the room was the only issue.

Exceptional

spacious room, large tv, large walk-in shower, full size refrigerator, microwave, electric countertop range. Afternoon/evening receptionist "ZABIBA" was the most pleasant employee I've ever encountered at a hotel. No laundry bag in the room. That's it.

No

Installation of grab bars in bathroom left exposed holes in wall to collect moisture and grow mold. I let the front desk know- but if poor attention was placed here, questions about other areas arise. Gym was nice and breakfast was good.

Superb

No, I a perfect world there would be a hot tub

Very clean, updated, good variety of food for breakfast, kitchen in room is a plus. Taking 1 star off as room had missing utensils, and only 3 bath towels. Otherwise good value for money.

Staff is very friendly & helpful ! Breakfast choices and the waffles were perfect !

Our stay was off to a great start when we were greeted by Kayla at the front desk. She was kind, helpful, and sympathetic to us when she learned we were traveling to attend a funeral. When we had questions, she was very helpful and nice. Every time we passed by her at the front desk, she always greeted us. The lobby is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and the TV was in a good location to watch the football game. Having coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby was a nice perk. The room was beyond our expectations! Spacious, clean, and bright. The kitchenette was well equipped and we appreciated the large refrigerator. The bathroom was large, plenty of counter space, and bright. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement.
