Very nice hotel clean the patio and breakfast was also a plus

EV drivers stay away. Only one charger was working and had a 7hr charging limit - after reaching this limit, charging stops and an idle fee of $10/hr kicks in even if your car isn’t fully charged. Hotel is new, clean and comfortable, but the charging feature is misleading.

Nice room AC not working and no breakfast as promised. It ran out at 8am even though it was supposed to go to 9:30. I was also charged an extra $50 after the counter person said they would refund me $50...GREAT WAY TO GET EXTRA MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE WHO WORK VERY HARD FOR IT!

Breakfast was pretty good…when I told the person taking care of the food that the waffle batter was out…she said “I know”… The faucet in the bathroom sink had too short of a throw and caused a lot of extra water on the counter

Unknown white crusted stains and on the couch, sidewalks covered in goose poop.

Location, night staff was very nice! Our room has wrappers under the stands and chair looked like it was never cleaned

It's a very nice motel. Very classy. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I liked the Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. I would have been happy to see more fresh fruit on the buffet. I also like the dried cranberries and walnuts that I added to the raisin bran. I am looking for healthy food. I liked the option to have boiled eggs as well.

Dayanara at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She went way out of her way to help us with accessibility for our room. Super appreciate her and everything she did for our family!

The hotel was nice...clean everything was ok So me and my husband made it to the hotel 30 min before check in he had to use the restroom so he went in and told the person that was working in the front that we had a reservation, mind you I stood in the car and the reservation was under my name only and the person at the front desk gave him the room key and charge him. Without me been there.

It was clean, the staff was super friendly, the carpets were so clean. It was easy to find and great. Parking was a little confusing. There should be more signs about not parking by the restaurant and where the parking lot actually starts. The pillows could also be better.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfy. The pool was chilly, but clean!

The rooms are not sound proof and we could hear the people outside, below us, above us and next to us in different rooms.

I tried to cancel our overnight 2 days in advance as the weather for the Lantern Festival at John Ball Zoo looked bad and we were sick. We couldn’t cancel and our tickets got canceled due to weather but we had to spend the night anyway.

Room were nice size and clean Nothing to complain about. Issue with the a/c in my first room. Had a new one in 10 minutes.
