This is an outstandingly beautiful property with excellent rooms and perfect for hotel centered conferences. All of the staff were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location of this hotel is perfect for the downtown Greeley events. We are Looking forward to staying here again next year. Thank you

We reserved a lovely corner room. Everything was great in the room except a very slow draining bathroom sink (I told the staff & it was not looked into). We did not get housekeeping service for bed making or fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great. The morning coffee was wonderful.

Everything was top of the line. The only issue I had was beds were a little like sleeping of a board. Other then that great place to stay

Well the customers was great until the staff member took it apound her self t go three the reservation with a fine home if there was already paid for a confirmation and itinerary . When tired after a long day ( long) the last is somebody telling the 2! reservations were wrong … Then waking up too a email saying hey we re sch I’ll let you know that it was maybe a personal issue and not billing or credit card problem. When I called back the nice supervisor explained to me the situation and told me to get back online and reserve the room so that’s y I give 4 stars Have a better understanding on scondparty billing the big companies know what there doing ,,,
