Heidel House Hotel and Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Didn’t like bed comforter. Too heavy.

We were very lucky to get a pool side room that also overlooked the lake. Property was very clean and had good service in bar and grill. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a chair in either living room or bedroom

The hotel and grounds are beautiful, will definitely stay here again. The only downfall was the standard queen bed room we had, the room had no chairs or a desk of any sort. With this being a premium hotel and price point, I was surprised by that.

Booked a room and prepaid. Get to the hotel and the room I paid for was not the room I received. They told me that’s the best they have. Unacceptable answer to me and my wife for our 39th wedding anniversary.

Rooms have been remodeled since we were last there, it needed an update. Staff was nice.

Spacious room facing Green Lake. Having restaurants/bars on site was a plus.

This hotel was such a lovely surprise, we extended our stay two more days! Staff was outstanding! Beautiful location on the lake, excellent restaurant on-site. Super coffee bar & staff! Would recommend, and would stay again.

I'd like to shout out to a gentleman named Todd who worked outside by the lake in the morning. He helped us look for my husband's wedding ring including little experiments to see how far something similar to a ring would fall. We didn't use the amenities like the pool and work out area but I'm sure it would be enjoyed by most.

If you book a room/suite next to or facing the pool you will be 10 feet from the pool...Important to know! If you plan to rent a boat, the company they recommend using is terrific!! Green Lake Marina...

This resort is beautiful. From the moment we walked in until we checked into our room, I was impressed. Everything is so neat and clean. And! I cant believe how quiet it was. We heard absolutely no hallway noise. We were here for our granddaughters wedding. I will say the guests were treated very kindly.

Landscape and architecture of the original building. Recent additions are too angular and stark. Really takes away from the original beauty. I stayed here decades ago.

We had a great room, fantastic location, quiet, private, beautiful lake view. The building floor plan is hard to navigate, especially if you have a long way to go with luggage. Better signage would help. Also I had no idea you are aligned with Choice, as a Gold member, it was disappointing not to take advantage of the discounted rates. I spoke to someone at the front desk, they were able to give me the rewards I am entitled to as a member. I feel the Choice alliance could be promoted more.

Clean, updated, friendly, location on the lake, views, affordable restaurant/drink prices, fire pit at night. Everything was great!

My family and I had a room on the lake. Great space. Beautiful view. Cleaning staff was very helpful. Dining room was excellent.

We had a wonderful time! Just beautiful!
