The best part was meeting the owners Scott and Linda and the feeling like you used to feel when you were traveling, they treated us like we were family. My husband and I were visiting grandkids in town and we felt at home staying in this motel. We didn't feel like we did when we checked into other hotels, where you were just a name on the books. Also, my husband loved the shower, the water pressure was amazing, it was like getting a shower massage everytime we used it. There was nothing we didn't like.

Room was clean and large, albeit dated.ĺ. Staff moved room in advance due to kids being in several rooms upstairs. Never heard any noise in new room. Appreciated that.

No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting, for working at desk and for reading in bed. No major problems with noise. No in-room coffee, and no place to get it within easy walking distance.

Beats the heck out of the big names. Well maintained, spotlessly clean, great staff and only a few steps across the parking lot to eat.

Very clean. Handicap rooms are large with table chairs and a recliner (chair). I would have liked to fill my cooler with ice, but signs requested otherwise (might be temporary policy due to the machine).

Room was clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Scott has taken great care to make our stay perfect, even found our items left in the room and held them for our retrieval.

No problems with wi-fi. Adequate desk space. Good lighting for reading in bed. Bed comfortable. No problems with noise. Owners, who worked at the desk when I checked in and out, were pleasant and friendly. No in-room coffee, and none available in office; no convenience store within easy walking distance, so I couldn't get some without driving.
