The best price for what they offer. There is no lactose free milk in the breakfast, and many adults do not produce lactase. There is no light milk, only whole milk. Many products with a lot of sugar, it would be great to have options sugar-free.

The room was clean and overall the hotel was nicely kept. The only issue we had was the room was hot. Guess trying to save power but at least keep rooms guest have made reservations for at a comfortable temp.

We had booked a room with two queen beds, but we ended up with a room that had a single king.

Staff was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Before had to leave, we found blood on one of the pillows. As if someone had a nosebleed. Grossed us out.

I was a little skeptical about our stay but it was fine. There is a homeless camp just outside the parking lot. I didnt see any signs of bedbugs. And our shower was broken. And the pool and spa was closed

Bed was comfortable. Room was decent What we have enjoyed at others did not seem to be here. Lemon water never available in lobby. Ice maker was hit and miss. Front desk not the warmest. Not always there. Only 1 set of towels per person. Usually there are 2. It just felt that they were cutting costs wherever possible which took away from the experience. Housekeeping and breakfast team were nice. Yogurt… all had gelatin in them. Bread products.. all white . Nothing whole grain, healthy. Aside from eggs..fruit.. not much else healthy .

The hotel manager was so nice to us throughout our stay. Location is great if you are visiting that area as well.

Good---food, location was perfect. We were given a handicap room--not needed. The only problem was the bathroom. Shower needs work. Hand held shower head didn't have a place to hang it up ---broken. Lightweight shower curtain so it didn't hold back the water and the floor would be flooded by the shower. Sink stopper in the sink in the main bedroom broken --had to remove to let sink drain. Otherwise the room was good.

The room was comfortable,clean,and house keeping was done well.I had to remove knob on a/c and use my knife to cool down room,you will notice that some of the rooms door has gaps in them,I had a room that you were able to see inside my room from the out side of room .I told the manager and his answer was what do you want me to about it.
