Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

Beautiful resort but you can see that it is a little dated. We had plumbing issues two days in a row. Front desk wasn’t very apologetic or accommodating. For the price I thought the service would go above and beyond.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Food. Staff. Environment NA

Would prefer better amenities in room. No wrapped paper cups or coffee mugs. A quality hotel would use restaurant quality beverage ware.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful property, nice hotel. My biggest complaint would be the valet Simply because you had to find a parking attendant to park your car so they need some more training.

Exceptional

Passable

Conference rooms was very cold. Staff awesome and clean room

Exceptional

grounds well kept. Room was very clean and staff was super friendly.

The pool is beautiful and all the staff are wonderful.

Location, clean property

Finial restaurant was good; staff was weak. Room was very nice, but would like to see sofas in the rooms. Golf was great. Tennis was remote

Very good

It was ok. Not worth the hype.

It went very well.

Fortunately, the Grandover is a little more than an hour drive, so perfect for a short luxury getaway. My wife and I just returned from a 2 night stay and had an excellent experience. The grounds were beautiful, everything was clean and fresh, the room and bedding and view was wonderful. We dined at the Filial Restaurant Sunday evening and. Monday morning, finding both the food and service excellent. Everyone we spoke to was professional, friendly and helpful. We felt appreciated and welcomed by everyone. The pool was beautiful and tranquil and the bar was just as nice. If I was a golfer, I would have been in golf heaven…beautiful corse. Anyway, for a couple looking for an escape to relax and enjoy the few hours alone and be spoiled, this is a wonderful destination! Well done, Grandover! We will be back soon. As far as cost…definitely on the upper side yet worthy and deserving. No regrets at all!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were very nice and friendly and welcoming. And being on a budget I thoroughly appreciated the Espresso Café as well as water bottle refill stations around the property.

Beautiful rooms and helpful staff. I will use this hotel again as a small staycation

The rooms are always really clean. Staff has always been helpful and pleasant. We love this place.
