Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

It was amazing! The hotel, staff and the visitors were very friendly. The atmosphere was great for adult and children . Such a great place. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Go ahead and book it. My husband and I did a quick overnight trip here. They were kind enough to check us in early since we arrived earlier than 4pm. Staff was great, amenities were top notch! Our room was clean and pristine. The restaurant's food was delicious. We used every amenity that we could in our short time. We will be visiting again!

Excellent property

When I opened the door to the room the fridge was sitting in the middle of the walkway at the room entrance. Not what I was expecting. I managed to get it into the cabinet it belongs in and there was a small (nickel size) amount of water in the cabinet.... obviously the cabinet didn't get cleaned. Shower and bathroom were clean. I had hoped for hotter water in the shower. I really sound nitpicking here and that isn't my intention but when you have a reputation as the Grandover has, the expectations were set high. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Directed me to the restaurant for my reservation and for the pool. When I walked down to the "pool elevator" it was out of order, so I (and every one else interested in the pool) had to walk around the ball rooms and art display to get to the pool areas. Just slightly disappointed with the overall of the place.

Every time I went to the café espresso, they were sold out of everything and I stayed for three nights at some point it should’ve been replenish No fruit, no corn muffins it was the same stagnant snack snacks What is my son supposed to eat? There’s no cereal no continental breakfast. None of the above. Although everything else is great food options. If you’re traveling with the family is definitely not ideal. Therefore, because of that I would not be returning to this property unless they had better food options or opened up another place to eat this Hotel is just geared more for adults not family.

All around truly an excellent resort from the amenities to the food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful place

We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub as we did not see it noted when we booked our room. We loved the pool and hot tub! There were helpful hallway signs to make navigating the resort easier. The room was clean and the food was delicious; however, at a late dinner (8:45pm) and breakfast (9am) the service was very slow to order 2 salads and pancakes and fruit. At both meals, there were only up to 4 other tables with guests so it was definitely not a busy time of day. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to make our stay more enjoyable.

Wonderful property and very friendly staff.

The cleanness and staff the property nice and Quiet, restaurant are good. Everything were nice except pillows wasn’t comfortable too flat.

Everyone was extremely accommodating and nice.

We have stay here maybe 4 times in the last year and every visit we have enjoyed greatly each and every time!

Great room!! Good coffee bar!

The resort is very nice but the staff and service is not good. The service in the restaurant was terrible it took 20 minutes just to get a coffee. The front desk staff were not friendly and the internet was not working so I didn’t have TV service in my room. I asked for a 1/2 hour late check out and they wouldn’t give it to me.
